I hadn’t taken Ashwagandha in a long time - due to so many supplements, and the brand I used to use no longer being available. I found this one, as I’m trying to mitigate stress as my sleep has been off lately. I have only taken this for 3 evenings, and the first evening, I slept without waking. I felt better able to stay calm while driving around doing my errands and work, in spite of all the lunatics in the road (left hand turns in red and going over 40 on residential streets). This really seems to be helping, and no irritation on my system. I’m not sensitive to piperine, but I like that this doesn’t use any. I get enough in a couple other supplements I take. I’m optimistic this may be the missing link for me to have enough restorative sleep again, to be able to go for post work runs, agin, instead of crashing as soon as I get home.
