Well worth the Upgarde
Upgraded from Sram XS system to this Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS RD-M8120-SGS 12-Speed Rear Derailleur, Long Cage also with Shimano XT8100 shifter and just wow so much smoother this is when changing gears and it just works straight out the box when fitted a little adjustment was needed but not as much with the Sram. Well worth the upgrade

Titre et description erronée Attention, le dérailleur n'est pas un M8100 mais un M8120. Différence avec le 8100, pas adapté au mono-plateau et limité à 45d sur la cassette. Arrive sans emballage d'origine shimano, dans un sachet..

It doesn’t get much better for reliability and cost. My last unit lasted 10k miles plus. Super easy to install and tune, extremely smooth shifting.
