Would this support new born head ?

I bought this for a newborn, but felt it is a little too upright and sloped for a tiny baby. There is no head support cushion, but you could maybe use a rolled up muslin. I now use it for the older (4m) baby who is a little heavier and can support her head and shoulders better

Can you take this apart so it folds flat? Could I get it in a suit case to take on holiday?

I doubt it, the box it comes in is pretty big and it’s folded flat into that. It’s also quite hard to take apart and put together

Is it suitable for 9 to 12 month old?

Would say probably not. My grandson is 5 months, he’s quite chunky, and he tried to sit up more in. Good for when they are smaller and for occasional use
