Yes it’ll still work. I mix mine with a stick. It’ll will have a color change but it works.

Can you use venice turpentine when thrush is already present?  Should it be used in conjunction with a thrush product?

Venice turpentine is to harden hooves not to treat thrush.  I recommend you consult your vet and farrier about your question as they are more equipped to answer it than an Amazon shopper.
