Just got this product a few days ago; picked up the Snow Cone flavor since I’ve tried just about all the flavors they have to offer.The taste of the Snow Cone flavoring is very subtle, which is good because I would much rather drink something that tastes more like water than anything else. The taste isn’t repulsive or off-putting.I can’t fully rate how effective this will be for me in the long run, but I will tell you that whenever I use this product I just do better at whatever workout it is I’m doing on any given day. I’ve also noticed absolutely no bloating, or weird side effects— in fact, I’ve noticed a slight increase to my overall stamina.The only thing I can think of saying as a negative, is the fact that BPI Sports still doesn’t have a “Rainbow Ice” Flavored creatine product on the market, so please! BPI, if you read this; get that Rainbow Ice flavor out for this specific product! I will buy a few since that flavor is absolutely amazing compared to the Snow Cone (my personal opinion)

This is all just a matter of personal opinion, I love this creatine, I've never taken creatine before and a lot of people told me it might cause bloating, water weight gain, and upset stomach and I experienced none of that so far. However I just can't stand the flavor. It's so cloyingly sweet. The first few sips I'm okay but after that it's just so sickly sweet. Even when I dilute it with a lot of water I still don't like it. I've started mixing it with a small glass of water and drinking it like a shot just to get it down. I'll be ordering this again...just not in the Sno Cone flavor.

One thanks to the shipper for sending it so fast. I bought both products and I'm already noticing some major gains within 2 weeks of using it . The taste is really good and I love that I can mix it with their bcca.If you already have a training plan and workout constantly I highly recommend to give it a shot.

My son has been a football player since POP WARNER,ALL THE WAY THROUGH HIGHSCHOOL,ALL THROUGH COLLEGE. He's a huge fitness fanatic. He's very disaplined and focused on his health. He's 23yrs old and graduated w his master's from East Central in ADA, Oklahoma. He was top 10 in his position, won the college championship game, and was interviewed for the NFL draft the last 2 years of college. But as we all know it's not easy to make it, no matter how good you are, so he's now going to be starting a highschool coaching job and I couldn't be more proud of him then ever. Needless to say, he never said never, so Fitness and disapline is his lifestyle. He asked me for something like this, I did the research and chose this brand and flavor and says it takes great. So I highly recommend this

So it works. This is a great price for a great tasting product. The snow cone flavor tastes like liquified skittles. The blue raspberry is also nice. Creatine works. Helps with strength and muscle gain. You need to drink water. Etc. But what I didn't know is that this does affect hormone regulation. I've just barely been getting my hormones in check after coming off depo provera (the shot). I broke out horribly for the first time in my adult life after that. But that's another story. I kept wondering what I was doing with my diet to cause the skin flare ups. Turns out it was the creatine. So if you are a male, or aren't sensitive to hormonal acne, go for it. But in my personal experience, creatine (not just this brand) will be a no go for me.
