Does this pack come with uk power pack for track and controller?

The M1 Kato pack that I received from Gaugemasters came with a UK power pack lead, but the one which was ordered from Japan didn't. I think it comes down to the fuses within the plug and where you order it from I hope that helps.

What are the dimensions of the oval

It's roughly 4'6" by 2'3" . The curve radius is 12 3/8", which works well for all the rolling stock that I have. But most of my stock operates fine on a tighter radius. You can reduce the length by omitting a section or two of straight track. There is a V5 set that comes with 11" radius curves, bringing the width down to less than 2'. But it doesn't come with power pack, etc. The likes of container bogies will not work on that radius. Hope that helps.

Will I need to purchase a uk power pack for kato pack?

It should be provided with the M1 pack.
