Kid's Harry Potter Gryffindor Robe, Multi-colored, Large

I am an adult female, 5'6" and 150lbs and I bought the child's Large to use for myself as a harry potter robe for a Halloween costume- I specifically wanted a robe that didn't drown me, wasn't too hot (it's still hot down here in FL), not too long that I'd trip on, and didn't cost more than $20. This fit the bill. Sure the emblem is not a patch, it is an iron-on decal- but it still looks nice! The robe is a lightweight synthetic material that still drapes decently. Again, I wasn't looking for a heavy robe due to the warm climate. It also fit VERY well, surprisingly, in all areas- sleeves were long enough, it closed in the front, and it came down mid calf -perfect length! It looks like it was made to fit someone of my height, and has a look similar to that of a 3/4 length dress or overcoat. If you want the heavier robe with the embroidered decal, I believe that is the "deluxe" version. Somewhere along the way the reviews for this product and the reviews for that one got mixed up. This is the "cheaper" version but it is a good value fore the money. I am very happy and will be using this for many Halloweens to come.

My daughter loved it for Halloween. It fit her perfectly. And price was great for the quality level in my opinion. I didn't love how it clasped together because we had to spend a few minutes getting the fabric turned just right before clasping so it looked good. I guess I could have cut off the several inches of excess seam threads because it was kind of just hanging out at the collar bone area. It doesn't come with anything else, but it was easy enough to just use things from around the house to go underneath.

My daughter LOVES this! I, however, am a little disappointed in the quality. It has uneven seams on the end of the sleeves. There are a lot of places that aren’t “finished” threads hanging off that need to be secured. If they are just cut off, I’m worried about unraveling. The shoulder seam is not lined up well and there is a triangle that you can see through. I was worried that this would be a spot that would tear as soon as she started playing so I reinforced it. Be careful when opening the package... I had to see on a button and ribbon loop for closure because there was not one on the robe. Turns out there was a device that you have to attach to both sides of the robe. It had fallen out of the packaging when my daughter opened it. ...it didn’t really matter in my house, but it also did not come with the safety light that it was advertised with.

This Gryffindor costume robe is a great choice for Halloween, themed parties, school events, or simply dressing up at home for a little Hogwarts fun. The classic black robe with the Gryffindor details gives it the recognizable Harry Potter look kids are usually hoping for. The medium size is convenient for children who want a full costume without needing a complicated collection of separate pieces. It can also be paired with a wand, tie, glasses, or other accessories if you want to make the outfit more complete. I especially like costumes like this because they are easy to put on and instantly transform a regular outfit into something much more exciting. One minute you have a child getting ready for a party, the next minute you apparently have a Gryffindor student who is late for Potions class. A fun option for young Harry Potter fans and a nice addition to any costume collection.

This was better than I had thought it would be. My daughter put it on immediately after receiving it and wore it for 3 days straight and it held up very well. She wears girls size 10-12, we got the large size robe and it fit her well. She is a little on the tall side for her age, and the robe is about 3 inches above the floor when she has it on. The robe came with a small clip to hold it closed in the front but there is no zipper. The hood is lined with maroon fabric, and the hood is shaped like a witch's hat. Very pleased. Would buy again.

This was a great dress-up costume robe. Soft velvet type material with red satin type lining. Full hood. Had to cut off some stray strings along seams. Ordered the large for my son (8 1/2yrs old) for the length. Just perfect, though the crest was a little low. He has long legs. My major complaint is of the clasp. The first time trying to open one side of the claw clasp, it broke. The black button cover broke off and the elastic fabric came away. The claw itself (one side) barely opened at all. The other side worked fine. Opened and closed easily. Had to super glue the elastic and the button cover to re-attach the broken side. Plus, my package arrival date changed after a few days. Though we are Prime members and it said it would arrive at a specified date. I received notice a few days later that my package was still in transit. Overall, a great robe, but cheap attachments. And slower than expected delivery.

Wow, is all I have to say. I did a ton of research, read reviews on the 3 different types of robes (standard, deluxe, & premium) and decided to spend a little more on the premium hoping it would be the right choice. I was NOT disappointed. This robe is amazing. It's a really nice velvet material with and great lining through the inside. It's not the cheap material you often find at the Halloween stores. This will keep my son warm if Halloween is chilly. The crest is a really nice sewed on patch. My son was over the moon when he opened it! He said he looks just like the real Harry Potter now. My son is 8 1/2 and 51" tall, after reading reviews I decided to order the large. It just touches the ground, but will fit him for awhile. If you're looking for a genuine Harry Potter robe, THIS IS IT!! So happy with this purchase!

I never write reviews but this costume is really amazing! This "premium" version is totally worth the few extra bucks, compared to the "deluxe" version. The fabric is soft and has a good weight and it's fully lined. I ordered it for my daughter to wear to Universal Studios but I feel like this is something she is going to love wearing for many years to come! And the pointed hood is SO CUTE! I hadn't seen it in any pictures and was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I ordered her the large, she's 8 and around 4'2" and it touches the floor on her. I'm not sure how well the clasp will hold up but honestly, I could care less because the robe, overall, is so fantastic and I could use anything to keep it closed.

Sono SUPER SODDISFATTA dell'acquisto..il materiale del mantello risulta molto buono ..non la solita fodera sottile ma un bel tessuto compatto e resistente.. ..la chiusura è fatta bene , lo stemma non risulta stampato ( come ho letto in varie recensioni) , ma è una toppa ricamata a filo e poi cucita sopra..all interno si trova anche il taschino per riporre la bacchetta magica...la misura mi.sembra regolare....quindi 10+ all' acquisto.

Buena calidad. Buen producto. Bien hecho el bordado. Podría mejorar el broche. Pero contentos. 2 años después sigue en super buenas condiciones.

Mille- m e r c is- Rubie's déguisements officiel et Amazon Prime.Très belle Cape avec le capuchon a fermoir,le tissu/polyester agreable a porter pour la féte / avec les chaleurs d'étè/,la bonne taille M pour fille 10 ans qui fait 1,55 cm,longueur de la Robe 1m.en dessous du genou,pas trop large,c'est parfait

ずっと欲しがっていたのでとても喜びました。生地も思ったよりしっかりしていたので良かったです。
