Deep chocolate taste with largish delicious marshmallows. The marshmallows are firmer than some but I found the texture perfect--they retain their shape but are soft. Most importantly, to me, the mix dissolves completely in boiling water without leaving that chunky grainy texture in the last few sips. It will, of course, settle out somewhat if it sits and cools.

Coconut Cloud is a superior plant-based Cocoa. It is rich, creamy and chocolatey. It's the perfect hug in a mug for folks who can't/don't do dairy.

Because I am not able to consume dairy, I don't purchase regular instant cocoa products. I wanted a cocoa that did not contain milk. I found this brand and happy to say I was please with the taste of the product. I had initially made it with water. I did not like it with water. I then made it with plant based milk product that I use and it was much better. Had a real hot cocoa consistency and flavor. I recognize that plant based products are more costly. As much as I liked the product, it's cost prohibitive. I compared to other brands and the price is in line with that of other brands. I would recommend for taste and quality. Respectfully though, in my personal opinion, I think it's expensive. I'm not saying I would not ever purchase again - - just have to budget for it.

Good smooth chocolate taste. It mixes well. I add a little monk fruit to sweeten it a little more.

It says vegan and not have all those not-so-good ingredients so I bought this. Kind of disappointed for the price i paid. It's mostly air and marshmallows not more cocoa. So you need to put more to make a nice chocolate drink.

I can drink hot chocolate but bought it for coworker and we tried it out. I thought it would be more tropical, because of the coconut 🥥 but that flavor is so subtle all I could taste was the chocolate. Great replacement option 😁 10/10 recommend. It works like cauliflower crust. Just a overall tasty option. In a blind taste test probably would not know the difference. I don't like marshmallows really but these weren't your standard ones and also tasted good. I would have no problem drinking this. Definitely a viable replacement and happy 😁 that they made a lactose free viable option for others

I used to love Toasted Marshmallow and since they’ve changed it and added marshmallows, I can’t have it. No where did it specify it was a new formula with carrageenan and soy! Also beware that my bags had the expiration dates covered up by the Amazon sticker. And if it’s past the date or anything is wrong, there’s no returns. I’m considering trying the plain Hot Chocolate but may try to find another brand that’s cheaper and trustworthy. Coconut Cloud has proven proven they’re not trustworthy nor a true vegan option for those with alpha gal…like myself.
