Anyway that I can put this thing on grass?

You need to put it on a nonslip flat surface. For us, we put it on a hardwood floor, but we found that it was too slippery so we hand to put some strong double sided tape under each corner. I think if u were just putting it down for a quick skate and clean it back up, it should be okay although the plastic will probably slip around on the grass, but definitely not permanently.

If I put this down in my garage can I park on top of it?

You could but your tires will definitely leave marks and dirt over time.

Can figure skaters jump on this product?

Yes but one pack is hardly enough, you might need three to four packs to get a decent jump with just barely enough speed and momentum and the toe picks do ruin the plastic quite a bit.
