It is the best enema nozzle I have ever used!!!!!

I found this product a pleasure to use. The 5 holes make for plenty of water flow resulting in though cleaning. Some have said the diameter was a issue but found with a little lube inserting it was actually very pleasant

Love the size. The size is bigger in girth than most enema. Warning, you will be sliding in a metal enema with no malleability into your backdoor. You may want to use some lube. Durable, easy to use, great size for me, and.. love the rippled texture. It ups the "ooomph!" during my cleaning/play time.

Defective product, poorly finished sharp sharp holes, rusty and stinky interior, I am disappointed

Only giving two stars because it worked as expected for the first few times... But as one other reviewer state, the metal had some incredibly sharp edges... Consider where this is going, that's a real safety hazard. But the real reason for my dissatisfaction is the quality of the chrome plating... after about a month or so, it started to kind of bubble up in many places, like the base metal underneath the chrome plating was starting to corrode. This resulted in tens of tiny kind of sharp bumps all over the outside. and about a week after that, when I went to look at it again (because I wasn't about to use it anymore given the issues so far, I noticed some of the chrome actually started flaking off! Wow! That would really not be good inside someone. I immediately threw it in the trash and I'm writing this review to make sure others are aware... if you want a metal enema adapter... go for stainless or some other quality product because metals, especially chrome, are full of toxic elements that you don't want flaking off inside you.

The exterior metal sheeting erodes in 6-months; although, low price shower douche attachment offsets that minor detail… recommend buying in bulk

This is a great product. Very well made and exceeded all expectations. A must have for all cleansing activities.
