TY Classic Plush - RAGS the Dog

Very cute with a fur texture that I love. Smaller than my other TY plush for some reason. The one I received has a horrible smell to it, but that is definitely due to the seller and not the manufacturer. I have known all TY plush to be extremely durable, long-lasting, and make fantastic special attachment or "lovey" toys for children due to their superior construction. They tend to be well worth the money.UPDATE: Smelly dog had a very happy ending... Threw it in the wash and set it on a shelf with some other TY plush toys and my nephew took immediate notice and ended up taking it home with him. He can't say "rags" properly, but he can say "Rex"... So Rex the dog has a wonderful new home as a special lovey toy with an exceptionally adventurous toddler, and due to the superior construction of these toys, I have no doubt that these two will have many happy years of roughhousing together!

So cute! Other reviewers were right: something about this dog is just so life-like!He has warm dark brown eyes, a sweet expression, his fur is soft but textured, and he has beans in his feet and a slightly floppy body. I love this dog so much....I'm going to buy one f those cheap bandanas at the store and tie it around his neck, I think he will look even cuter!I can't recommend this adorable scruffy dog enough! :)

Ty Rags is a lovely little plush dog with an expressive littleface. He has curly textured hair that's soft and touchable.This little dog can be machine washed & dried safely on thegentle cycles in a cotton pillowcase. Rags is cuddly, and canbe cradled in your arms comfortably. We loved him so much,we bought two. :)

So cute and very soft! I have the same original dog from over 18 years ago and my brother wanted the same one. Can't wait to see the look on his face when he gets it.
