Good product and worth the price. The quality is good.

This shield really can take a hit. Trust me when I say I can punch hard, and my training partner can punch hard. In which we both threw one power shot after another directly into it. As it withstood all of the pressure that we gave it. But I noticed after all of the pounding there's a small area of the shield that's pushed back. And several weeks later(with no activity) that small area is still pushed back. But all in all I still say it's a fight quality punching shield.

Malas costutar mal agarre todo muy rustico

Terrible. I used it in a class and it ripped after about twenty minutes of medium-level use, guys just throwing a one-two. Both handles ripped on first usage, completely useless product for real punches and it is completely inaccurate that it is advertised as handling heavy punches. Spend the money on a better product or just use it with kids.
