Excellent quality ... use in garden or anywhere since Bluetooth connection with phone!

I have, for the past 15 years, or so, used an iPod Docking Speaker, first with an iPod and then with various phones via wires and Bluetooth to play songs that I need to practice along to as a gigging musician. Sadly, that gave up the ghost just before Xmas 2020, so I needed to replace it and being on a budget because of "you know what," it needed to be cheap and cheerful. So, after a search, I found this little gem and preferred to go for the Bluetooth option. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much when it arrived, but it's a nice solidly built little unit (I was surprised at how small it is, so was expecting even less) but it punches above it's size in the sound department. It was simplicity itself to set up and has convenient touch volume/pause/play buttons, which saves me having to go to the phone it's paired with all the time while practicing. I got it for a bargain, promotion price for around £12, so can't complain on that score either. My only complaint (and this happens often with Amazon products) is that I have a sneaking suspicion that it's a "returned" item sold on again, as there was no "seal" on the box, suggesting that someone else has bought it, opened and returned it. But, I'm none too fussed about that. It works, does the job I need it for and it charges via an old Micro USB charger I already have plugged in for my Kindle and a couple of other Bluetooth devices. How long the battery lasts between charges remains to be seen. But, initial impressions. I'm very happy with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend this product 😉👍

It looks lovely and the sound quality and loudness, at 87db using my favourite gaming app, is great, however the 2 much smaller speakers, pictured with it, are almost as loud, at 83db and just as clear. The expected benefit, of being able to use it to charge other items, is NOT the case. I can't get anything to charge from it, unless I'm missing that you need to press a switch!? And I bought 2 of them in slightly different colours, so that I could tell them apart.

Love this little speaker. Okay, the bass sound could be a little better but it is definitely not tinny and for under £20 the sound is great. I found the setup and Bluetooth connection easy and I'm in my sixties and no tech wiz. Great value for money.

I saw a lot of amazing reviews saying it was great, amazing sound etc, this speaker is no louder than my laptop. My laptop speakers have been getting quite quiet recently and i thought i’d buy a cheap little speaker to connect it to before i get them replaced, and i could keep the speaker for at home use. The aux cord doesn’t fully push into the input hole, and the usbc option doesn’t also connect, ofc it’s only cheap so for the price it isn’t too bad, but i would’ve skipped this step if i knew how it sounded before purchase. i still use it with a quiet house but the reviews, i feel, are slightly misleading. I haven’t been able to test the battery life, but it came fully charged which is something i liked, it’s also a good size in size, small enough to sit under my laptop when it’s on its stand, which makes it practical. The design itself looks quite neat and sturdy.

When you've connected this up, and it is easy to do, it may sound a bit tinny. Simple, get a fairly large china bowl - I use a pop-corn bowl - prop it up so it is vaguely pointing to where you're listening, and wedge it in. The bowl must be rigid and shaped vaguely conically. This amplifies the sound and makes the low-notes resonate. Suddenly I was able to clearly hear the lyrics of every song -and the bass-line. The trick works for good-quality phones too. Mind you, it won't impress your friends as much as teak-veneer box speakers or those strange black blobby intergalactic speakers.

OK I'm a self confessed bassaholic. Subs run by multiple amps in the van etc. So I wasn't expecting much from this. Its a present for my neighbour. R4 in the garden. I thought I'd better try it out. First of all it heavier than it looks (sign of good magnets). Construction and buttons feel much high quality than the low price. Then there's the sound. Wow 👌. In comparison to its size and price tag its leauges above. Best placed on the floor. It uses the room acoustics to provide a decent, clear sound right up to full volume. I'm very impressed. So much so I'm ordering another for me to use at work. Just awesome.

Pretty good wee speaker but not as stated stereo despite having 2 speakers but thats not an issue for me as its no really important however when I plug my 32gb usb flash drive in the back it plays for about a minute then jumps into either FM mode or blue tooth which is the main reason I purchased this so I don't have to use my phone as the music source but £20 Inc delivery can't really grumble it seems to work fine with my phone and loud too compared to my last portable.

Ho acquistato diversi anni fa il medesimo speaker (marchi diversi ma il prodotto è praticamente lo stesso in versione aggiornata) che mi ha seguito finché, ieri, non si è rotta la porta di alimentazione, rendendolo inutilizzabile... Se non fosse stato per quello, probabilmente sarebbe durato altri anni.* Dentro: Se siete curiosi di vedere cosa c'è dentro, ecco a voi la foto del vecchio smontato accanto a quello nuovo ;): Scheda, batteria e due piccoli speaker con bei magneti che assicurano una potenza soddisfacente. Impermeabilità e finitura: A differenza di quello vecchio, questo non dichiara una impermeabilità e la plastica con cui è fatto non è ricoperta di quel materiale gommoso che lo rende morbido al tatto, ma anche ricettacolo di polvere quando invecchia. La griglia di questo nuovo modello è piatta, mentre nella versione precedente era lavorata e lo faceva apparire leggermente più sofisticato e carino. Connessione BT: La connessione Bluetooth è molto più veloce rispetto al passato e la porta di alimentazione è USB-C e non più mini USB. Riguardo la portata, quello nuovo attraversa facilmente un muro di foratoni e, dal MacBook in camera, ascolto musica in tutto il salone (anche a oltre 10m di distanza dalla parete, ma solo se non mi metto in mezzo). Su due pareti non ci metterei la mano sul fuoco. Radio FM: L'ho appena provata per scrivere la recensione e mi ha stupito! Senza bisogno di antenna capta bene tutti i segnali e non gracchia. Forse è il migliore Improvement rispetto alla versione vecchia che, in pratica, non usavo. Questa nuova versione è una vera e propria radio portatile (senza sapere la frequenza) e si sente bene. Doppio Dispositivo: Questa nuova versione, dal manuale, sembra permettere di connettere anche due speaker assieme. Ma come complemento per un computer portatile, uno soltanto è più che sufficiente per ascoltare musica o vedere un film in viaggio, godendo di un piacevole suono e un buon volume anche all'aperto. Problema col mio: Sulla scatola c'è scritto che viene fornito di cavo USB per l'alimentazione, ma nel mio sono arrivati due cavi audio. Dovrei restituirlo. Ma mi occorre in questi giorni e non vale la pena perdere tempo per rimpacchettarlo solo per un banale cavo USB-C che giá ho in casa. Per 19.90e, spedita a casa in 18 ore non posso togliere una stella per un cavetto assente. *Non escludo di provare a saldare un cavo USB direttamente sulla scheda per recuperarlo. (non una nuova porta mini USB poiché si tratta di micro saldature, ma, grossolanamente, penso di riuscire comunque a saldare positivo e negativo di un vecchio cavo).

This little speaker is very good in general! If you take in to account the price then it is amazing! The sound quality is good with decent bass. i listen to the music from my phone via Bluetooth but i also connect it to my pc and playstation via AUX cable when i have enough with the headphones especially during the summer that they are very hot. battery last long, the construction is sturdy and the sound great. i wish i had some more volume but what you expect from something this small. the big plus is that i can buy 1 more of the same they can connect and play in stereo mode!

Good but not great. Sound is ok. Loudness is good. Bluetooth works smooth and battery life is OK.

L'articolo arriva perfettamente confezionato nella sua scatola. Esteticamente lo trovo bellissimo con un design e una dimensione che lo rendono elegante appoggiato su qualsiasi superfice. Non ho ancora provato il modo radio perche uso il bluetooth e sento i vari programmi su internet che posso ricevere con la comoda app Radio Italia FM. Cosi non ho i fruscii della cattiva ricezione che ho a casa. Il collegamento fra il cellulare e l'apparecchio è immediato e il suono è davvero pregevole per le dimensioni davvero ridotte. Sono un amante della HiFi e posseggo varie apparecchiature per sentire musica, ma credo che davvero non si possa pretendere di piu da un oggetto cosi piccolo e con un prezzo direi basso per quello che vale. Insomma un ottimo prodotto, intelligente, buono e bello. Un acquisto centrato come pochi

Bought it for playing music, as an improvement in the laptop sound. But it isn't really an big improvement. No deep bass sound at all.
