I'll start by saying I LOVED this case when I first got it. It's lightweight and comfortable in my hand. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone, and despite the texture of the outer shell, a phone grip sticks to it with no issues. Here's my current issue: the outer shell is not as durable as I thought. I've had this case for about 8 months. Around a month ago I noticed faint cracks forming in the outer shell. Mind you, I am not hard on the case/phone. I didn't put it through anything strenuous. Well, those cracks have turned into chunks and pieces of the outer shell just breaking off with little to no assistance. It's really frustrating, if I'm honest. Thankfully this case wasn't super expensive, but it's definitely not the quality I thought it would be. Overall, I'm disappointed because this case had so much potential to be great. Too bad it didn't last. EDIT: After posting my review, the company (Crave USA) reached out to me directly offering to replace the case at no charge to me. When I informed them that I will be getting a new phone soon and won't have the same model anymore, they offered to send a replacement case for the new phone model! Crave USA's customer service is absolutely top-notch, and I think they 100% deserve to be recognized for that. They showed me that they truly do care about their customers, and that goes a long way in this consumer-driven society. Kudos to you, Crave USA. Please continue going above and beyond for your customers!

I just got this case and love the quality and design. It feels sturdy and I like the dual layer protection with precise cutouts for the ports. Also love the solid metal buttons covers on the side for the power and volume key. I wanted something sturdy and nice looking without adding bulk and this case delivers. The only thing I'm concerned about is the edges are not raised enough to protect the front screen of the phone. The Note 10 has slightly curved edges on both sides, so even though the lip on this case is raised a little compared to the phone's curved edge, it's not higher than the main flat part of the screen. So when I put my phone face down, the screen is not protected and it's touching the surface.

It's always a gamble when buying things online where fitment, comfort and looks are the standard for your happiness. I'm super pleased with this phone case! The fitment was perfect. The texture isn't too (for lack of a better word} sticky, and it looks absolutely premium. I felt like I just put a dress suit on my Galaxy Note 10. The chromed side buttons are a really nice premium touch. My last case for this same phone eventually wore out, and had always been a bit slippery adding to the chances of dropping and damaging the phone. This case really makes the phone feel good in my hand, and I don't feel like I might fumble it when taking it out of my pocket. And, it just looks SMART. This was a inexpensive big win for me!

The case isn't bad at first glance, but there are issues noted that forced me to return this case, along with the Spigen clear sparkle silicone case that I also bought for my Note 10. I've tested 5 cases. The Crave case, which I bought in "Mint" color came with a nick in the corner, which is barely noticable by sight, but sharp and annoying whenever my hand hits it. This makes me suspect this item was either dropped before, or maybe tested for durability and returned. Also, the buttons wiggle loosely. Upon closer inspection, I've noted the cheap button brackets which are slightly bent (see photos.) The case looks cheap and is a bit more of a Seafoam green than a nice "Tiffany's" or Robin's egg color. The grey is not a good accent, as it makes it look cheap. Jet Black would've been a wiser pairing choice for this piece. The cutouts around the bottom ports need to be rounded or perhaps made of rubber. People are tired of the callous on the pinky knuckle from cheap cases that have hard edges. There is a fair thickness to the side bumpers. However at eye level, the glass on the screen is almost flush with the top/bottom bumpers which leaves minimal protection at best. The holes at the top are not perfectly centered, but one needs a fussy eye to see this. Lastly, laid face down flat, your screen will not touch the table, however remember that if sticking in a purse or pocket, you will have no protection. Do not, under any circumstances, depend on the stock film that came on the phone as it only prevents minor scratches. With any of these phones, we must protect them well with proper screen protectors. I'll be returning the phone and will continue returning sub standard cases until I find one that leaves me confident that my investment is well protected. On another note, can we all stop and appreciate the crazy zoom capabilities of the S10 Notes? Come on. This is a gorgeous phone. We need to protect them well. MY TESTS: Fingernail Scratch Test: No marks or indentations are left from fingernail scratches. Back Pocket Skinny Jean Test: The phone slips easily into the back pocket of tight jeans in one second, one handed. No fuss is needed to get it into the pocket. Lint Test: No lint is attracted to the case. Pinky Callous Test: May aggravate any previous callous on the pinky finger top knuckle, when resting the phone on the finger during use. Edges not rounded. Corner Bumper Test: There is not enough sufficient meat at the corners to make me feel that this case is beefy enough to prevent damage during falls. I prefer more bulk at corners. Pen removes easily from case. Feel: This is not a luxury feel. It is hard plastic with fine grainy hard texture on the back. It is not pleasing to touch in the least. Hope this helps.
