Hello, 4inch bubble stone can use two kinds of tubes, so there are 2 kinds of connections. For the uppermost part of the joint, a tube with an inner diameter of 4mm and an outer diameter of 6mm can be used; for the lowermost part of the joint, a tube having an inner diameter of 8mm and an outer diameter of 10mm can be used. Can I use this for turtles as well ??

I don't have turtles but I don't see why you couldn't. The fine bubbles it produces actually help to put more oxygen in the water.

Can I use this for keeping live bait a live in salt water drying it out each day and using it again and again. These are life sardines 3 inches long

Salt water will clog this fine grit stone quickly. Recommended use is for smaller fresh water aquarium settings. Mine Is used in a 60g freshwater and the algae alone clogs it regularly. For your need, I recommend a very course stone for keeping feeders. Depending on how many you keep and the size of the tank and if you have actual filtration, you may want to look into larger tank stones, or possibly a small pond airation system.

It has enough weight to stay on the bottom. It comes with a suction cup that attaches to the tubing.
