Classy and neat!
This is a really good piece. The band was a bit short for me and I have relatively small hands and wrists. I’ve had this piece for over a year now and I am now seeing the material for the band shedding a bit. I still wear it and get compliments!

This doesn't work and looks like it was used before and no way to get a response from Nine West
The worst product support ever!!!!!!!!! If you go to the spot where it asks for you phone number, it doesn't allow input even though it says they are open on Monday from 7am, it doesn't work. Then if you try to get hold of them any other way, they do not respond or it's a non working number. What and Why are they hiding. This watch came to us not working and in poor shape like it's been used before and now I can't get anyone at Nine West to respond.

Minute hand's
I purchased this watch Twice and both times the Minute hand fell off inside the watch.I purchased the second watch because I thought it was possibly my fault maybe I hit it on something but when the minute hand fell off a second time!!! I thought I don’t think so !!! I contacted Amazon and Nine West to replace at least one of them. Not a chance it was past the time to return to Amazon and Nine West wouldn’t replace or repair without changing me. Quality Control didn’t care that they were defective . I always purchased Nine West watches,shoes and handbags never again so disappointed

Cute but strap looks a little cheap
The watch is very cute but I’m a little disappointed that they made the strap a little cheap in quality. For someone who will want to wear it every day, I don’t think that strap will last very long.
