There are many products that do the same job - provided it's well made and comfortable there is no need to pay for more expensive items. This item is very well made. The material seems durable and the stitching looks strong. The velcro holds well and I can definitely feel it pulling my shoulders back. The best way to wear the item is to first stick the straps loosely to the front strap and then place the correcter over your shoulders and then to tighten the straps. This is way better than letting the straps hang loose as otherwise you are forever trying to catch it behind your back and then, once caught, trying to straighten it. I paid about £9 for this and it's excellent value for this product. Happy with the purchase.

This is a good product for reminding/obliging you to keep your shoulders back. I liked the simple design. It is comfortable, and easy to use and I felt it was working. Be aware that its function is quite limited - it will certainly help people not to round their shoulders but if you have one shoulder higher than the other, or a scoliosis/lordosis, you may need a different product. My difficulty with it was that, being a fairly small build, I had to pull the straps up so far that they were doubled over on the shoulders. This made it very bulky so I couldn't wear it discreetly under clothes. As a result I wasn't using it, so I bought a different one.

I used this for about two to three months when I was working from home. The posture corrector is easy to put on and take off. It is also adjustable, so I could find a comfortable fit. I could never get used to it being on but regardless i tried to stick to wearing it a few hours a day The posture corrector helped me to keep my back straight and my shoulders back. It also helped to relieve some of the tension in my neck and shoulders. Overall i felt it didnt make a drastic diffrence to correct posture habits overall i found more sucess in the changes i made in conjunction, such as keeping a healthy weight, exercising regularly, and using a desk and chair that are the correct height.

The best piece of advice I can give to you is to think of this brace as more of a 'mental reminder' to keep your back straight. You may be thinking 'why would I spend money on something I could just set a reminder for on my phone' but I found even after two days of use I naturally straighten my back without a thought. This product boasts qualities such as ease of use, comfort and design whilst failing to mention how effective it really is. My constantly straightened back has boosted my confidence and even improved my workout form. Great product, buy it!

I ordered this for my wife, who is a size 8 (5ft 3) and this was too big to pull her shoulders into position correctly. When tightened up to the fullest extent, it only corrected her very slightly & was still very loose. For a larger person it will probably be fine and quality is ok, but from the pictures, it looked perfect and it a real waste of money.

This decent body posture corrector is workable . I have always had lousy posture. I hunched a lot and I couldn't sleep well as my sleep was being impacted by the discomfort from hunched over shoulders. Just put it on when I first got it and then I "tried" to relax and let my shoulders do their normal slouch forward, but they were unable to do that. Then I wear it under a blazer at work daily and you can't see it at all! Persisting in this way for a couple of days, it puts effect. I sleep better than before. I'm no longer hunched and I feel taller than ever. People say that I look refreshed.

This item seems well made and good quality. However it is not clear when ordering what size this is suitable for. The description (when scrolling down the page) has a large image of ladies doing yoga with the text: 'Universal Size. 27 to 36cm'. I am petite so I bought this assuming it would fit. However this brace is far too big for me and only fits if I wear it over thick jumpers and outer wear. Furthermore the design of the brace is such that in order for a smaller person to wear it they must pull the velcro up and strap it over their shoulders on onto their back. This is inconvenient and makes it difficult to wear.

This does exactly what it promised. I think it's fine to wear under a shirt as long as you're not wearing anything too form fitting. And if you wanna look like an old school cop wearing a chest holster or like james bond. Then this'll do it! I cannot comment on the pain relief side of things as I wasn't in pain before using it. I'm a pretty big guy and it definitely started to wear on my under the arms. Ooof that gets sore after a little while. But, rather than seeing this as a negative, I think it's a positive. it acts as a reminder to sit up straight. I'm wearing it right now. I was slouching and my back was starting to ache. I put it on and It limits how far forwards I can reach, so i've moved closer to the table and laptop and i'm forced upright to avoid discomfort. I think it's great... Although the material had and retains a fairly unpleasant smell to it... I've had it for a few days, Hopefully that will go soon.
