Easy to read. Perfect for the new baker

What great book for sourdough beginners! Lots of great recipes too. Definitely recommend! My only complaint is that some of the recipes are for 2 loaves, so I guess I’ll just half those recipes.

I flipped through this book to see what it was like and I like what I saw: very detailed explanations and instructions and good recipes. I’m looking forward to using many of these recipes. I knocked 1 star off because there were a couple recipes that weren’t true sourdough, using baking soda/powder in addition to starter. I like the purity of 100% sourdough and long ferments. Probably this is not a hangup for most people.

I changed my review from 2 to 5 stars . After a 2nd look I found it to be easy to follow. I’m a beginner and at first glance it seemed overwhelming. I can’t wait to use it. I followed the starter instructions and got no results. I had to throw it away. Very disappointed.
