Too watery, and acidic
I was looking for a good balsamic vinegar, this had decent reviews, but I find if the description lists how long it’s aged and the sugar content is very helpful. This one didn’t, but because a friend recommended it, I tried it, big mistake. Also, there was some leakage, seems the cap on it wasn’t tightened enough.

これまでいくつかバルサミコを試してきましたが、これはクセが少なくとても使いやすいと感じました。 酸味と甘みのバランスがちょうど良く、料理の邪魔をせずに自然に味を引き立ててくれます。サラダや肉料理の仕上げなど、幅広く使えるのも良いポイントです。 変に主張しすぎないので、普段あまりバルサミコを使わない方でも取り入れやすいと思います。 友人にも紹介しましたが気に入ってくれて、安定しておすすめできる一本です。 オリーブオイルとバルサミコと塩で美味しいサラダが食べれます！
