Its only price gouging if there is a shortage of something and the price is marked up. This product is $14.75/gal. You can get the same thing at a pool store even at home Depot and WAY CHEAPER

How is this pool bleach better than what the local big box store sells at literally 1/8th the price?

Go to your local pool supply you can buy like 4 gallons for the price of this one.

I need 12.5% Chlorine bleach for commerical laundry purposes, but cant find it in gallon containers. Is this the same type bleach?

Yes, this is bottled at 12.5-15% strength. It is NSF-50 and NSF-60 Certified. NSF-60 is drinking water quality. Can be used for multiple different surface sanitization processes and well as bleach.

Is this safe to use in high powered pressure washers

If your pressure washer has a soap dispenser that draws from a pickup on the wand, I would say you could use that to mix the chlorine with the water on the output side safely. But I would not run it through the pump in concentrated levels on the input side. Some metals can be damaged by high levels of chlorine bleach and you could ruin the pump.
