Worked great and installed smoothly.
I purchased this for my Weber Spirit E310 Grill along with the separate replacement kit that included the "flavorizer bars" and the new burner. It installed perfectly on the left hand burner and worked perfectly when the install was completed. BIG improvement over the old spark lighter which was pretty marginal since it was also pretty old. Instructions were "adequate". Good product!

Great replacement for Weber igniter.
Great direct replacement for the factory part. Easy installation. I also used a YouTube video to make sure that I was doing it correctly. Since then we have been using it without issue, it light every time.

Easy enough to install
I was able to install this to replace my old burned out igniter (long story) in about 30 minutes. The hardest part about installing it was getting the screws off my grill to access the rear of the panel. I saw a YouTube video that showed how easy it was to replace it (video has the same problem with stuck striped screws. Once it was on and the panel reinstalled, it lit up just fine! It sure beats buying a new grill!

Perfect for Spirit E310
For my Weber Spirit E310, this is a 5 star item so far, based on low price, easy installation, perfect fit, and great ignition function. Also, the wires seem better protected/sheathed than my old OEM wires, which got chewed up by mice.

Wires are a little short but product works great
The two wires for the igniter on the burner are a little shorter than the original but will still work. Just have to be routed differently. Other than that an easy install and works great. Much cheaper than original equipment.
