Has anyone tried using a spray top for this bottle to spray it directly into the throat?

Hi there, Thank you for your question. We do not offer spray tops for this formula. We do not recommend spraying this directly onto the throat, but instead to drink it orally in a small amount of liquid. Please can someone explain, are we supposed to drink this or what. It days 4 to 8 pumps what are pumps?

Depends on the bottle you choose; there can be a dropper, a pump, or just the liquid as in the picture shown here (4 oz) which can be used to refill either. The directions will be appropriate for each bottle.

What is the dose/instruction for 9 and 11 year olds?
