Almost went into sticker shock buying this product that felt like so little. Don't let the packaging fool you. The taste of this is like biting into a raspberry and wondering where it went since there's nothing to chew. It's lightly sweet, perfectly tart, and is amazingly fresh. Not to mention, the color is absolutely divine. I will absolutely be spending the money again for this product.

Used to add to basic vinegar-oil dressing (2 part-1 part, plus spices, salt) to turn into raspberry vinaigrette. Takes 3-4 teaspoons for four servings. The package is satisfactory in size and quantity of powder for price.

I like: *Mixes in water in a blender bottle or electric blender *Blends well in whey and plant proteins (vanilla or berry flavors) *Authentically whole fruit - there are seeds etc - so I feel I get ALL the benefits *Flavor is milder/less sour than expected I don't love: *I have to use a very long spoon as I get to the end of the powder because of the packaging

I loved this the first time I tried it, the flavor and color is really strong. It is a bit pricey, so I tried a cheaper brand and regretted it.

My usual brand was out, so I ordered this...It is just OK...not as flavorful as other Amazon brand...

I ordered this product in May of 2020 and have just finished using all of it. Because they are 100% finely ground raspberries they will not fully dissolve in liquids but are perfect for use in baking. The product I received arrived in a well sealed resealable pouch. The powder was not clumped or hardened and remained soft after the package was opened and resealed. The raspberries impart great flavor when used in baking cookies and cakes. I have given the product four stars because it does have what I consider to be an extremely high price point.

The flavor is fantastic. We add to smoothies. It doesn't clump and remains fresh throughout use. I like how it is powder from the fruit, not the juice.

¡Gran descubrimiento! No sabía que existían las frutas en polvo y me he vuelto adicta. He comprado el de frambuesa y los arándanos rojos y azules. Los he probado con leche de vaca y con yogur, y he de decir que el sabor del de frambuesa es muchísimo más intenso que los de arándanos (un poco insípidos). En cuanto a la textura, en el yogur, por mucho tiempo que lo dejes reposar para que se disuelva bien, la textura de polvo se nota. Quizás un poco más en el yogur que en la leche. Seguiré probando de otras formas a ver qué tal… 😊

J’utilise ce produit dans mon yaourt, c’est délicieux, j’aime son petit goût légèrement acidulé comme dans le fruit frais. C’est mon deuxième achat, je le recommande. Mme BEAUCHAMPS

Ich habe erst gezögert, weil knapp 40 Euro für ein Tütchen Himbeerpulver empfinde ich als sehr gewagt. Aber ich liebe Himbeergeschmack und es ist Bio-Qualität, also habe ich es ausprobiert. Ich habe mir einen Teelöffel des Himbeerpulvers mit einer halben Tasse kochendem Wasser aufgegossen und erst mal pur probiert. Man schmeckt sehr deutlich und köstlich die Himbeere, mit leichter, natürlicher Süße und Säure. Ich bin sensorisch geschult und empfindlich, daher kann ich mit Gewissheit sagen, dass keinerlei unangenehme Nuancen vorhanden sind. Ich habe die Tasse dann mit Früchtetee von Sonnentor aufgefüllt und einen wirklich leckeren Himbeer-Früchtetee genossen! Wenn man es sich traut, kann man das Pulver auch in Joghurt oder Quark einrühren oder in Cremes beim Backen verwenden. Auch für selbstgemachtes Eis ist es geeignet. Da ich aber ein sehr vorsichtiger Mensch bin und weiß, dass besonders bei gefriergetrockneten Himbeeren immer wieder mal Listerien etc. vorkommen, gieße ich mein Himbeerpulver mit heißem Wasser auf. Alternativ könnte man es auch auf einem Backblech erhitzen. Off topic: Zusatz-Info zu Tiefkühl-Himbeeren und anderen Tiefkühl-Beeren: Diese verwende ich nie, weil dort regelmäßig Norovieren und sogar Hepatitis-A Viren gefunden werden. Schlimme Krankheitsausbrüche werden immer wieder bekannt. Bei gefriertgetrockneten Himmbeeren wie diesen hier entfällt aufgrund der Trocknung dieses Risiko komplett. LOOV Bio-Himbeerpulver bekommt von mir ein dickes EMPFEHLENSWERT. Lecker!

Ottimo sapore, naturale senza conservanti né zuccheri aggiunti, si scioglie facilmente. Lo uso per correggere il gusto a me sgradito del kefir.
