Bird Portable Suction Cup Shower Perch Window Wall Standing Platform for Parrot Parakeet Conure Cockatiel African Grey (Random Color)

Solid enough to have never fallen under the weight of my Conure, for multiple showers. It's a little jiggly out of the box, but easily fixed if needed by packing the cavity. The perch is textured, which several other units did not have. Very versatile and works great. I would recommend.

Coating comes off kind of easily

Of the 3 suction cups, one would not attach at all, and another would easily detach after a day or so no matter what attachment technique we tried, i.e., attach dry, apply 30-second pressure to glass, add slight moisture, add more moisture, etc. The third suction cup worked fine. Our cockatiel liked perching on it to look out our office window, though, so we modified the item by using clear glue on two of the suction cups. But that makes detaching it a bit of a problem. I'm guessing the 2 non-working cups were old plastic or had been over-exposed to sunlight or something similar.

The suction part is super secure, but the pink pole isn't a flush fit so it wobbles a bit. My conure seems to like it so far.

Terrible product. Suction cups barely stick and hold on. Product has fallen every single time my cockatiel has used it. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I know this product has really bad reviews… I was really struggling getting it because of everyone saying it falls off so often, but there are no other similar options in stores or online. The first day I had it, I stuck it to my bathroom mirror and it stayed just fine. When I woke up the next morning, it had fallen off. I decided to move it to my shower (it’s originally intended home). I cleaned the suction cups off with hot water and left it wet, cleaned the spot on my shower wall where it was going to go, and stuck it on. My bird used it a few hours later with no problem. It’s been a few days now and hasn’t moved at all, even after I accidentally bumped it. Maybe other people were having issues with it because they were using it for a bigger bird, but for my baby cockatiel it works out great. It’s not the best quality but is holding up so far. I think it’s a great buy, all of the suction perches in stores were $40 for a huge chunky one that is way too big for my bird.

I ordered Green for a boy bird and got pink. I washed and wet the suction cups to leave it in the shower, while I was gone to town it had fallen off. I am not sure I will trust this with my bird.

Pros: suction power is fantastic with a bit of water applied first. Holds my yellow naped without shaking. Cons: The PVC they use (while durable and easy to clean) is not glued together. So I do have to make sure that all the pieces are secure before using. But that’s only because I haven’t taken the time to apply a bit of super glue. Otherwise it was a fantastic buy for the price and does what I need it to do.

Mon cockatiel adore !!! Il va souvent dessus et il regarde dehors. Il se pend les ailes ouvert à l'envers dessus. Il gratte aussi son bec. Parfait. les suces sont très fortes. je les ai mouillées avec ma salive et collé à la vitre. Le perchoir n'a pas bougé depuis. Pas une fois.

It works okay but really a puzzle trying to put it together

Not the colour shown, there is only two small nails to hold the perch up and it’s sticking out which is sharp. I can’t put my parrot on it and if I take it out it will fall apart...

It keeps falling off and apart. It can hurt your bird. Totally waste of money.

Little bit flimsy but If you wanted it to be more sturdy I’d glue the pieces together but it’s nice that the main perch piece can flatten against the wall. The suction cup came deformed but I just had to soak it in hot water and it was good to go! My baby loves it now!
