You can even purchase the music royalty free to create your own hypnosis recordings for a super reasonable, one-time price that's under $20!What I find the most helpful is the scripts for specific issues, such as weight loss and insomnia. These are really great practice and give you lots of ideas how to help yourself and others.If you just want to learn more about the field of hypnosis and the growing body of knowledge about the subconscious mind, this is a great book. If you really want to learn hypnosis - this is the book that will do it for you!

I've always been interested in hypnosis and wanted to find out how it worked. Topics are presented clearly with plenty of examples, so even a complete beginner can learn hypnosis. The author also provides exact hypnotic scripts that you can "copy & paste" to hypnotize your own subjects -- it's that simple.But what really excited me was the explanation of how the subconscious interprets words - this section alone was worth the price of book. What an amazing book! I was expecting to simply learn a bit about the benefits of hypnosis and was pleasantly surprised that it gave me so much more. This book is just the hook from a business that will teach you very little about hipnosis, but will make you give them your email for a "free hipnosis video", but will bombard you with thousands of emails trying to sell you seminars, videos, courses, etc.

Great book beginning to end!

This book did not give any in-depth knowledge on hypnosis or how to hypnotise and was only a summary of general methods used. There was a constant repetition of information, which I can only assume was because the book would have been about ten pages long if this hadn't been the case.If you want to learn about hypnosis then DON'T BUY this book
