This is the best k-tape I've found - I've tried several brands and this is the best for adhesion and comfort. It makes a huge difference to my arthritic knee.

This stuff is a true lifesaver! I was introduced to it by my hand therapist and have ended up using it for multiple different reasons. The adhesive is strong and will last for several days. The nude color really blends in and is not noticeable. I take multiple showers a day and it is still on there extremely well when I go to remove it after four days.

I bought this after my PT recommended it to me. I’d tried other tapes that were okay. I was not impressed with the stuff until I tried this tape. It’s very elastic and does pretty much anything you want it to do. I use it to help with chronic ankle sprains and I love it. But, I’ve ended up using it for other things too and I consider this a staple in my medicine cabinet now. I wore the wrong sandals once and ended up with insane blisters on the bottom of my feet. I still had to work, so I had to figure out how to protect the blisters while also being able to walk. Bandaids will roll up and move around and make the blister worse. So, I ended up coating the blister in Vaseline and then using a few short strips on the tape to completely cover the area. It worked like a charm! The Vaseline protected the blister from the adhesive, but the stretch of the tape kept it tightly protected. Healed so fast! The adhesive is insane though. It lasts for 2 days through a shower. Once it’s been on your skin for about 30 minutes, the heat from your body like fuses it in place. It does NOT move. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing socks and shoes. Doesn’t budge. That being said, be careful removing the tape!!! The first time I used this tape, I took it off the same way I took off other tapes, I just ripped it off. BAD IDEA WITH THIS TAPE!!! Do not just rip it off!!! I ended up with a GIANT blister covering about 3 square inches of skin because the adhesive is so strong that when I ripped the tape off, it separated the layers of skin. It was so painful. It was my own fault though, so I don’t blame the tape. Just be careful taking it off. Best way I’ve found is to take a shower and then when the tape is wet, start rolling is back. I basically roll it up adhesive side out and it comes of gently this way. My stupidity aside, I’d highly recommend this tape. It’s so worth the money.

Just what was needed for a rib fracture. I bought this one and it may have been a little more expensive because I am familiar with Theraband's quality of products which I have used for at least the past 15 years in my healthcare clinic. showering didn't affect it at all.

It stays put until you are ready to take it off. I even went swimming and it stayed on. However, if the tape is wet from swimming and you put on jeans, you may get a little blue coloring on you. I peeled it off slowly after 4 days with no problem. You have to read the directions. Put it on with no stretching at first, then stretch, then no stretching at the end. It's a good product.

Definitely does not stay adhered to skin under clothing as long as Rock tape does. Even when you round the ends and press it against your skin to activate adhesive it will still roll up under clothing. I have been using rock tape for a long time but wanted to try this brand. I am going back to rock tape because I can easily get 3 to 5 days of good adhesion even with clothing rubbing against it.
