My Go to Smooth Glide Eye Pencil!!!
The only quality smooth glide eye pencil with rich intense color and coverage that doesn’t smudge, run, or irritate my eyes. It is Water resistant without being Waterproof, so at the end of a long day it is easy Removability. I cannot use or master a liquid liner without watering eyes and looking like something out of a horror film and ultimately having taking it off and throw it away. Great value for the cost, vs. other premium eyeliner pencils out there.

Repeat buyer for this eyeliner. Doesn't react with my sensitive eyes. Draws on really easily, colour is very black. Doesn't last a while day for me ( I placed under the eye).
