Mattel Ever After High Way Too Wonderland Lizzie Hearts Doll

For her trip back to Wonderland Lizzie Hearts, the Daughter of the Queen of Hearts is fully decked out in Wonderland attire. All kinds of creatures and imagery from the original story are on display. Lizzie is wearing a crown headdress that is topped with a flamingo, her earrings are light blue chess pieces, she is wearing a little golden hedgehog ring on her finger, and there are references galore to playing cards. This is my favorite Lizzie Hearts doll, and my favorite hairstyle for her. Her usual red and black hair is streaked with royal purple and is styled in a high bun with two curled pieces that hang by her face. Lizzie’s bright blue eyes have a heart shaped highlight, she had purple brows, dark red lips and her heart shaped birthmark surrounds her left eye. Lizzie has an extravagant purple collar on her dress made up of Queen of Heart playing cards. Lizzie’s dress has a peplum waist and long trailing skirt with of magenta and red swirls that is decorated with gold pearls, playing cards, and black hearts. The top and peek-a-boo part of her dress is a light turquoise that looks lovely with the other colors. Lizzie is wearing black tights and black gloves with a white ruffle wrist cuff. Her gloves are molded and painted so they cannot be removed. Lizzie’s other accessories include a golden compass that looks like a pocket watch, a golden pearl necklace, and golden high heeled shoes. The body of the shoe is a chess board checker pattern with a pink heart on the toe. The heels are card suits. Lizzie also comes with a doll stand, story card, and hairbrush. As mentioned, this is my favorite Lizzie Hearts doll. Ever After High fans young and old will adore her. She will also make a great addition to any doll collection that includes Wonderland doll, fairytale dolls, royalty dolls, or fashion dolls. She is just a beauty. I also have to give big points on her packaging. All the Way to Wonderland dolls are posed and packaged to look like they are being whisked away to Wonderland, possibly down the rabbit hole.

I wasn't planning on buying any Lizzie Hearts dolls, I'm really trying to contain how many dolls I buy and I'd rather hold off until very special editions of my favorite characters come out like Cerise Hood/Wolf. Anyways, I couldn't hold off after seeing Lizzie Hearts in full Wonderland fashion. Just the details that went into her were amazing. As a pretty big Alice in Wonderland fan, I found it awesome for them to include a hedgehog ring, flamingo crown, chess piece earrings, clock purse, and card collar. These details were just too perfect. The fabric for her bustle type skirt was just so pretty also, and the pastel color of her top and earrings just really went with the whole look and I think only Lizzie Hearts could pull off this look. The only thing I can find that I don't like about her doll is the shoes. I wish since it has a checkerboard type pattern, they would have painted them black and white with red hearts, but instead they are gold which makes me thing of the yellow brick road (Wizard of Oz). If it weren't for her card symbol heals and the giant heart, I would think they messed up fairy tales. Other than that, the whole piece is just perfect. Not to mention I am in love with the package that is shaped like a clock which is why she is staying in the package or else I would paint her shoes. The shoes could be a pun about Follow the Yellow Brick Road and Way to Wonderland, but still would have preferred something just a bit different.

Anyone who has read my reviews knows I'm in love with this collection and Lizzie is no exception. She's just so creative and fun...I think Mattel has done a great job and so glad I can get these for a good price from Amazon. It's hard for me to pick a favorite from the Way Too Wonderland collection because they are all Way Too Fabulous! What I love about Lizzie is the combination of colors with the red and purple. Her hairstyle is adorable, it's in an up-do with tendrils around her face - all red and purple (two of my favorite colors). She has a pretty face with no flaws...some people don't like the heart around her left eye but I think it adds to the creative design of Lizzie and is perfect for her character. The pink flamingo hat is what really grabbed my attention and I love it even better in person. You have to see these dolls in person to truly appreciate the attention to detail. As always a creative and pretty addition to this collection. I highly recommend collectors of Ever After High purchase Lizzie. Also, my doll arrived in perfect condition and on time as expected via Prime.

Lizzie hearts way too wonderland is an extraordinary doll! She has beautiful, well done hair, a gorgeous dress, nice shoes, and playing cards. She looks just like she did in the show! The only problem is the playing cards on her back are very heavy and weigh her down! Even when I took them off, she still was very heavy, so it was hard to place her in a seat without toppling over. Otherwise, this doll is extraordinary. She has an amazingly well done hedgehog ring, and a beautiful crown, which looks just like it did in the show. The crown was part of what was weighing her down, though, but otherwise, this is a great doll!

I had just purchased this doll as this character is one of my favorites. I also enjoy the Wonderland theme as well. She is definitely a doll I would add to my EAH collection or any collection as this design is absolutely unique. Each of the 4 characters in this collection represent one of the playing cards and hers is of course the Heart. In this doll they used contrasting colors for the dress to give it a *Pop* but at the same time kept it elegant. The detail on this doll is well thought out. At first I had to question why she had a porcupine ring and a swan/flamingo on her head and then realized that's what she would use to play croquet ! One thing I don't like is her Q card body piece. I found it extremely difficult to maneuver the hair around so that it wouldn't be hidden behind that and am looking at promo pics for styling suggestions.

Mattel outdid themselves with this Lizzie Hearts release. She comes with a huge collar, pocket watch purse, cuffs, chess piece earrings, hedgehog ring, pink flamingo crown headband, ornate necklace/shoulder piece, and a stand. She has a one-piece dress that is comprised of several layers, some of which are not hemmed. She also has tights underneath which are loose enough to slide over the leg joints but not baggy. Her face-up is pretty and she has a few purple stripes in her hair. Mine doesn't have any purple stripes going to the back, I'm not sure if any do. As with all of the other dolls in this line she has a playing card with her artwork on the front that you can take out and read. Overall this is an amazing doll in terms of details and level of fun in the accessories. I enjoy the print on her dress and I think she is my favorite of the 4 released to date.

Absolutely gorgeous doll! I'm 17 years-old and adore collecting dolls (my collection is small, but growing)! This Lizzie Hearts doll is my favorite Way Too Wonderland doll, she's so amazing! The box she came in wasn't at all damaged or dented, all her accessories were there, and there were no paint defects (as far as I can tell). I was lucky to get no defects (except a tiny blue sparkle on her flamingo crown-- how did it even get there?) since you can't check which doll you're getting, so you might end up with a doll with some eye wonk or a bad paint job, etc. I have no idea how she'd hold up in play, but she seems sturdy enough to handle it (watch out for her tiny ring, clock, etc., because they might fall off without the rubber bands). Obviously you won't be getting the same exact hair as in the promotional picture (her little swirls coming down the side of her head are full of gel, so they're thinner and hard), but it still looks great to me! I definitely recommend this doll.

So I've never REALLY been a fan of Lizzie's....but THIS. This doll, I HAD to have. Her outfit is just so detailed an breathtaking, exactly what I think the daughter of the Queen of Hearts should wear. Why she doesn't wear this as her everyday outfit in the webisodes, I don't understand....but I digress. I especially like the little details -- flamingo hat, hedgehog ring -- and the playing card that comes with her fits the Riddlish idea perfectly. She's the only Lizzie I have in my collection (and I usually only do Basics for EAH) but I HAD TO HAVE HER!!!

Ich habe diese Puppe als Geschenk gekauft zum 9. Geburtstag meines Patenkindes. Ich war überrascht wie liebevoll und detaliert diese Puppe gestaltet ist. Man kann die Uhr, die Schuhe und die Krone abnehmen. Die Größe entspricht in Etwa einer gängigen Barbiepuppe. Auch die Strumpfhose kann man ausziehen udn den Rock usw, so dass man die Puppe auch anders kleiden könnte.

Gift for granddaughter. The impressive little shoes would not go on and stay-put on the doll's feet from the beginning; so they had to be glued on to the feet. It's a lovely quirky doll, recipient loves it; and that's what matters.

Lizzie ist meine erste Ever After High Puppe und ich bin begeistert, wie hübsch sie ist. Besonders das Makeup finde ich sehr schön. Die Puppen aus der Verpackung zu holen ist eine kleine OP und es gibt, auch wenn die Puppe total schön ist, eins, was mich wirklich stört. Und das sind die platten Haare. Der Kopf ist an die Pappe befestigt und so werden die Haare über Monate (Jahre) platt gedrückt. Das ist sehr schade weil die Frisur dadurch nicht so ist, wie man es von den Bildern erwartet. Die Haare bürsten, macht es auch nicht besser.
