You sent the wrong item twice! I want the liquigel in a bottle, not the individual single dose eye drops. Why can't you send a replacement?

I don't think so. I also use Refresh Plus which comes in individual vials that do not have preservatives and should be discarded at the end of the day, whereas the Liquigel comes in a multi-use bottle with preservatives and can be used over many days/weeks.

Why is this product so expensive?

I use this product in South Africa and I buy it in a little pharmacy. I find it very expensive in my country, so on googling Amazon UK, it is even more expensive. How can these prices be justified? Leaves the eye with a blobby feeling for quite a while>
