Paint Roller Cleaner for 9 inch Rollers, Wash & Dry in 1 Minute

I threw out too many roller naps because I just couldn't get them clean enough after using them. Get good quality rollers and the ability to get them clean really matters. This cleaning device worked out better than expected. All paint gets removed after less than a minute with a hose attached. Even spun the roller to mostly dry it out once the paint was washed off. I would recommend this as good paint rollers aren't getting cheaper.

Spending a few minutes cleaning the rollers after painting a room is not an issue for me. Especially because this roll cleaner did such a fantastic job of cleaning the rollers after we finished painting. So in my mind this gets a star for ease of cleaning. Another star for build quality, which is very good. It looks like it's going to last. I feel this was a great value for the money. We used two rollers for our project and the ease at which it cleans is great. Another star for ease of use. Now I am not a professioinal painter where time on the job costs real money. I am a homeowner and being able to quickly clean rollers for the next project means we don't have to go buy new ones because the old ones never got really cleaned well. For that it gets 2 stars. I usually clean my rollers with a bucket and a hose that has a nozzle that shoots a stream pattern which works better. It uses less water, cleans roller dry and gives me access to my hose when need. This product uses more water, takes away your hose access, leaves your roller with paint and water. Great idea but I didn’t think it was all that necessary. Plus it’s bulky. Wish I could return it but after the first use it’s covered in paint.

I threw away all my rollers when I first started painting. After a while the $ that I was throwing away started to bother me more when my business started to pick up. I got on Amazon to look for a solution and found this and haven't looked back since. Great product and you can get a few more uses out of your rollers.

As a professional handyman, I’ve painted a LOT of surfaces and cleaned countless rollers. It takes a ton of time. This product promises to save time cleaning rollers but it fails miserably, I rely on good, time-saving tools. The roller cleaner disappointments on many levels. I used it to try to clean a 3/8” roller and it barely spun in the contraption, even refusing to move unless coaxed. You’d expect it to spin the roller at a high speed, but the pressure of the internal jets is insufficient to do so — and I have excellent water pressure from my hose, I am thoroughly disappointed in this turd of a product. The marketing hype doesn’t match the poor performance. Two thumbs down. Buyer beware.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet as I am not painting right now, but it looks very sturdy and I believe it will be a good purchase.

While it did work to remove a lot of the paint on the rollers I used, I did have to use the traditional hose method to actually make the rollers usable again. The time frame of using a five gallon bucket was VERY unrealistic for me. I used a 3/4 inch roller first and had to use the hose to finish the job. I then went to a 3/8 inch roller and the water stream did not make the rollers usable at all as it would not turn the roller at all even with a little help to get it started. The design seemed like a good plan but for me it did not work as advertised.

Time saver and you don't have to worry about getting paint on your clothes. The only thing that would make this better is, make it for a pressure washer to hook up too. And it would be perfect. Your welcome for that idea. We can just say you thought of it. I don't want anything except one for a pressure washer.
