It’s a fine semolina I use it underneath the pizza on the board to transfer to the pizza oven.It works really well in preventing the pizza dough sticking.

Unsere Gäste waren total begeistert, und gleich mehrere haben uns gesagt, dass sie noch nie so eine leckere Pizza gegessen haben. Einzuger Wermutstropfen; der Teig zieht sich ziemlich stark zusammen, das ausrollen war anfangs etwas frustrierend, irgendwann hatte ich aber das Handling raus...
