Made a real difference to me.
I have tried ordinary iron supplements and within 3 days...constipation began to set in. With these, no upset stomach or bowel issues. I was feeling unmotivated and tired. Within two doses...I got my spark back. In the last three days I have felt more focused and less fatigued which resulted in a lot more physical activity. I have felt tired and fatigued for months. I am delighted in the effect these gentle iron tablets have had on me. Like the other reviewer...knocked one star off for OTT packaging.

We buy this regularly and find it works well. When iron levels are low, and feeling tired, we find this works after a few days.

Possibly effective but gave an upset stomach for me.
This product may be gentle for some peoples gastric system but for me it made my stomach upset with the symptoms that go with it. Im afraid however effective it could have been I had to dispose of it.
