This customizable plastic organizer includes 20 interchangeable dividers to create between 4 and 24 storage compartments. The curved bottoms allow for easy item removal, and the lock tight lid will prevent spilling and keep contents secure. This adjustable organizer measures 14โ x 8.5โ x 1.875โ. Review: Decent boxes...perfect for what I needed - I bought this for my rather large single eyeshadow collection from varying indie makeup brands...they come in small round or square-ish jars that are about 1" wide and 3/4"-1" tall. This set fit them perfectly with room to spare for more in the future, and some blushes. I would say that these are great for crafts other than beads, as the adjustable dividers are not tight enough to prevent some beads from going under. My set came with 2 boxes that were the same, and 1 that was different. They are hard to fit into a makeup kit, as I had to remove part of my kit to accommodate them, but they are so much more useful to organize my collection that I did not mind. The lids feel very secure. Overall, I like them. I will have to start decorating them, and listing what I actually have in each area so that I know what is in where. I did not receive these at a reduced price, nor were they free. I actually do like them. Review: Perfect for storing the Rainbow Loom! - This fits my daughter's Rainbow Loom set perfectly. Out of the box, it has four empty rows and you have to use the included 20 dividers to segment the rows into compartments. You can potentially create 46 compartments, but with only 20 dividers, you're limited to up to 24 compartments. The walls of the four initial rows are fixed so you can't remove them to create columns that span multiple rows. The far three rows can be divided into 12 compartments each. The near row can only be divided into 10 compartments because the indents of the two latches takes up two compartment spaces each. I have no idea yet if more dividers can be separately bought. The slots for the dividers do have sharp edges so there is potential for the scratching of fingers but this is easily remedied with a few swipes from a nail filer or sand paper. The smallest compartment can be made 1-1/16" wide and all rows have the same 2-1/16" height (the compartments next to the latches have a height of 1-10/16"). The depth is 1-1-/16" but the bottoms are slightly curved (to make it easier to slide small items out) so some height is lost at the far and near sides. The lid does fit snugly and the lip around the edge prevents anything from falling out. The plastic is flexible so the lid seal over each compartment may not be seamless. This means that very small or flat items (tiny beads, needles) can potentially move between compartments (via the compartment top or the divider bottom) if you hold the box sideways and shake it. The dividers are initially attached to each other in sets and need to be cut apart before use. I've read about people using similar products complaining that the dividers are very hard to cut. Perhaps with scissors but not a problem with a sharp blade. 1. Flex back and forth each divider along the connecting piece as if you're trying to snap it off from the connector piece. If you're lucky, it may actually snap off but usually, it just makes the joint turn white. This process stretches and thins out the connecting plastic and makes it easier to cut. 2. Hold the divider perpendicular to the table and use a very sharp blade (I used an exacto knife with a new blade) to cut the divider from the connecting piece. Don't stab with the point of the blade and don't simply chop down either. Cut it like a loaf of bread where you push forward to slide the blade edge along the plastic while gently applying some downward pressure. It should cut rather easily, especially if your blade is new. If there is a lot of resistance, repeat step 1. 3. After all the dividers are cut, examine each divider and use the knife to trim off any remaining plastic from the sides. This will make it much easier to slide them into the slots and make it much MUCH easier to slide them back out. Says it's made in the USA.

Good box for the price
Is this the most perfect case in the world? No. But for the price this is going to get 5 stars. Let me give you a rundown on the pros and cons of the box so you can make an informed decision for yourself on if this is right for you. Let's start with the bad news first and I'll be very specific, it may seem like I'm really being ruthless for having given this 5 stars, but as I said the pricing on this is what drove my 5 star rating, and it's minor imperfections to me are outweighed by that. CONS: Lid doesn't close cleanly on my box. I had to wiggle it and manipulate it to get it to close over the bottom lip. So each time I go to close it, it will be the same wiggle and jiggle thing to get it to close. Takes a few extra seconds. Not a big deal to me. You have to build your own space dividers. This could also be considered a PRO though. Dividers sometimes do not go in cleanly and you really have to force them in to get them to go. I store buttons in my box. I did notice some of my flatter smaller buttons managed to "sneak" into adjacent bin compartments on some of the less snug fitting compartments. For me this isn't too a big deal, but for truly OCD people this could be a nightmare. PROS: Price is a huge pro for me on this box. The sizing is nice and large and the pricing when I bought was low. As I said there are dividers that you set yourself... this could be a pro or a con depending on how you see it. This can make up to 24 individual spaces. Lid that locks. This is a nice feature however because the dividers won't prevent small things like beads from migrating to other sections I would not turn this bin upside down or on it's side so I don't know that a lock will matter for me. But for some people storing larger items this will be a big plus. I like the fact that this is see through plastic so you can see what's in this at a glance. Update 8/29/15 - Still loving the box. Has held up well.

Look elsewhere for quality
I bought this as a replacement for a discontinued item from another brand, which cost a few dollars less but far exceeded this item in quality. The idea behind this box is great - it comes with several permanent long "troughs" to which you can add the little dividers that come with the box to customize it for your needs. Here is where the trouble starts. The tiny dividers are connected to one another by little tabs that have to be broken off to use them. I am not weak, but this was impossible to do by hand. So I tried wire cutters, which did the job but left a sharp little protrusion that prevents the divider from fitting easily into the little channels. You can force it, but that will cause other problems, which I will get to. Next, I used a pair of needle/nosed pliers to grab a hold of the tab very close to the divider and twisted the divider to separate it. This resulted in the cleanest separation, though there were still some uneven spots. After 20 minutes or so of pulling all these little tabs apart - hands scraped profusely by sharp bits of plastic - I got all the little dividers placed in the organizer. Then I tried to close it. This is where I realize any tiny little piece of plastic left behind by the tabs on the dividers kept the dividers from fitting perfectly into the channels, which meant the box would not even close because it was made slightly wider by the misfits. I took all my stuff and all the dividers back out, and I went one by one using wire cutters to cut off the tiny piece of plastic left over. I put everything back in, and was able to close the box, but I still have to force the side of it in a bit to get the latches to close. After all this, I noticed that on the back of the box there were bits of plastic from the manufacturing process that should have been cut off but were not. There was a long piece of excess plastic between the hinges and two little triangles sticking off the back of box, which I was unable to cut off with wire cutters and will have to file off at a later date. Save your money, your patience, and your hands and look elsewhere.

Problem with Compartments
The box is large, and the idea of being able to make compartments of different sizes is a good one. However, the compartment dividers are connected with one another on strips. They must be cut apart. This leaves the edges of the dividers not completely smooth or even, and they don't fit into the grooves intended for them easily or well. Therefore, gaps occur at the base of the dividers which allow items to migrate from one compartment to another. I would not purchase again because of this.

No more mess. less stress
QUESTION!!- Where can I get MORE Movable dividers?!!!? PLEASE ANSWER ME DARICE. anyways, now to my review: I recently started doing "blinged out cell phone cases" but I was losing so many rhinestones that I would get so frustrated! I hated bending down to try and get a little 3mm rhinestone. this couldnt have come at better time!! its CUTE... pretty big but not exaggerating. kinda perfect. but I need MORE compartments. the box actually can be divided into 40 parts but it only comes with 20 dividers. it basically depends on how big you want the space. bottom line: I loved it so much I bought ANOTHER one for a friend. CON: this isnt a "non spill" if you're not going to have the box in a flat surface, the items might or will mix with the once next to it. but since ill just have them in my desk it worked for me

Great for storage, but the dividers are a pain
The product offers plenty of spaces to store beads, findings, etc. The ability to adjust the dividers to create different sized spaces is great. I would give the product 5 starts for the usefulness for storage. The product is downgraded due to the pain of cutting apart the dividers. The dividers are attached by small pieces of plastic (how it's produced) and you need to cut them apart. They are a pain to cut apart with scissors and impossible to cut flush, so be sure to use a blade. Also be sure to inspect to make sure there are no tabs of plastic sticking out or the divider will get stuck. I did have a few that wouldn't slide in easily even after doing that.

Great for organizing Rainbow Loom bands and any other small objects
I bought this organizer for my granddaughter who has started making those popular rubber band bracelets on a loom. This is a nice way to separate the colors. It would also be good for separating beads. The plastic separating panels are removable so that you can customize the box to fit your needs. My son-in-law mentioned that he has one just like it for his fishing tackle. My husband thought it would be great to have a couple of these in his workshop to separate small amounts of nuts, bolts, washers, and screws. If you were traveling for a longer period of time and wanted to take a variety of jewelry along, this would help keep everything in its place and tangle free. Besides being versatile, it's made of heavy-duty plastic and locks securely. A good product.

Good quality
10 dollars for this size box is a neutral price. But I like the excellent delivery and this good quality. I intend to use this to store some flatware. 2018-SEPT-28 P.S. Bought the second one at 7.8CAD, a better price. 2018-OCT-16

Could be better. Only able to make 20 spaces max.
Works great for what I need and great quality. Just wish there was enough dividers to fill the whole thing. Only comes with 20. Would need 42 dividers to use it at its max. Which I planned on doing with charms for my jewelry making. Guess it's a good thing I bought 4 of them...

Great Storage Container
Have purchased a few of these for my beads & other jewellery making supplies. They are sturdy & I like that they latch closed so they are secure. I would definitely recommend the purchase of this.
