Wonderful product. One of the only gentle face cleaners that takes off waterproof mascara. Will continue to use this product in my daily facial routine.

This cleanser works perfectly for me. I have very sensitive skin that reacts easily to acids and strong ingredients, and this one doesn’t cause any irritation. The texture is soft and creamy, and it feels very gentle on the skin.

This stuff is a game changer! Use it twice a day and it cleans and moisturizes my skin without feeling greasy or drying it out. Helps control my PD as well!

I developed rosacea on one of my cheeks and it has been so frustrating trying to find a product to help. I saw this as a recommended product on TikTok (my go to for product reviews) & gave it a whirl. I use this & the lotion. I’ve been using it about 2 weeks now and today noticed a difference in the redness of my cheek. My rosacea is still there, but it’s not anywhere near as red & flared up as it was prior to using this. Makes me feel so much more confident not wearing makeup! I also have sensitive, break-out prone skin & this hasn’t caused any breakouts. I would highly recommend!

I'm male. It does its job cleansing (I can't speak for girl standards/expectations) but it absolutely does leave a hydrophobic film-like residue on top of your skin post rinsing off. I must use a microfiber towel to pat dry and actively try and wipe it off. This has increased the time I spend just trying to rinse my face and remove the product (a good thing for the skin, maybe?) This might be a plus for you if you prefer this feeling, or if you know better than I and this is helping contain moisture and help the skin barrier. Speaking for myself it just doesn't feel right cleansing and then feeling this on my face instead of the "clean" feeling I'm accustomed to that tells me I'm ready to move on to the next step. I'm not sure how to describe it but it just does NOT feel right. I know it means it's not stripping my face but given that I have 3 steps after this, this is not the right product for me due to added operational friction, personal expectations, reduced penetrative efficacy of serum+moisturizer and me not having a make-up removal use case. If you also have a multi-step routine, yes, please take the time to remove as much of the product as you can TO NOT LOSE the efficacy of your post-cleanser products. The sole pro is that, yes, it is very gentle and perhaps the right product for an individual prioritizing the skin barrier. The bottle also looks clean and nice on my shelf, BUT, I have to shake it a bit for the product to reach the spout -- given that this is new, this will absolutely be a problem later when there's lesser product in the bottle.

i have strayed away a couple times looking for the perfect all-in-one product but, after a while i come back to using this and now will stop straying. i do rinse it off for it can cause clogged pores in summer when i dont do so, in winter however i occasionally just wipe it off in the AM with a soft paper towel since my rosacea skin doesn't like lotions/moisturizers and it gets dry, wiping it off instead of rinsing helps my skin stay hydrated better. twice a week I like adding 2-3 drops of Now organic tea tree oil to a quarter size amount to keep the acne part of rosacea from showing up which has worked well. At night i like mixing in a baby pea size of rosacea friendly (in limited amount) Skyn iceland cleanser (glacier face wash with willow bark) to get that foaming/soap action that this cleanser lacks, this combo gives me the nourishment i need while making my face feel actually cleaner at night then when i use toleriane alone. oh when i strayed the last time and went back to using my bottle i still had about 3 mths later, it made me flare-up (which happened with previous bottle as well) this product doesn't seem to have a long shelf life after you start using it. least that has been my observation with previous two bottles i let sit around for about 2-3 mths each after using them but, other than that, this stuff really does seem to be best for most with rosacea and sensitive skin if you use it smartly (rinse if off if skin is on oily side and use a regularly cleanser like skyn iceland once a week to rid of any build up in your pores if you don't rinse it off).

I highly recommend this brand. I haven’t never purchased anything from them that disappointed me. My skin can get dry at times so I’m always looking for moisture. My daily lineup from them is: Toleriane dermo cleanser Vitamin c C12 Hyalu serum B5 Hyalu B5 suractivated cream 60spf Anthelios melt-in milk sunscreen Then retinol serum B3 at night and Lipikar AP triple repair moisturizer for my body and I am constantly complimented on my skin.

Ich finde das La Roche-Posay Toleriane Reinigungsfluid sehr angenehm in der Anwendung. Es reinigt meine Haut gründlich, ohne sie auszutrocknen und spendet gleichzeitig Feuchtigkeit. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es sich leicht anfühlt und keinen fettigen Film hinterlässt. Meine Haut fühlt sich danach frisch und gepflegt an. Der Preis ist allerdings schon etwas hoch.
