Does this come with any drawing software?

Dear customer, Artisul D16 Graphic drawing monitor did not come with software. But it is compatible with most of drawing software. If you have drawing software in your computer, you can use it directly. Thanks for your question.

Can I make it so I can flip the tablet display and have the express keys on the right?

Yes, you can choose Left mode in the driver panel, and then rotate the drawing tablet by 180° so as to make the express keys on the right. PS: When you use expand mode, please select Artisul D16 as Monitor in the Artisul control panel. And then rotate the drawing tablet. what are the names if the drawing programs that go with this? and are any if them free?
