Sinus Plumber Headache Nasal Spray – Headache Formula

When you squirt this into your notrils you will immediately know you have inhaled hot pepper juice. It is akin to that wasabi nasal rush. And it lasts about as long. It is intense, but only for about 10 or 15 seconds. Then it subsides. And you are left with easy breathing. I am a fan and will reorder.

I'm a long time sufferer of very frequent migraines. I first started using capsaicin based nasal spray years ago, but that product was discontinued. This is a great replacement. It doesn't get rid of the migraine (neither did the spray I used years ago), but it does help with the pain slightly, which makes the time until other medication starts to work more bearable. It is a very intense feeling when you use it, but it fades quickly. I think that kick in the nose is what makes the migraine pain fade slightly.

I have really bad migraines/cluster/allergy headaches, it's probably one of them. This happens about once a month. When it's really bad, and nothing else is working, this is does give temporary relief. It does not make it go away completely, but it eases the pain of the headache for about 20 minutes or so. However, it seems to ease the pain by causing even more intense pain for about 5 seconds when you sniff the peppers and feel like your sinus is on fire. But it still works when nothing else gives any kind of relief

My wife has been suffering from increasingly debilitating, total body shut down, cognitive functions out the window, becomes another person migraines for the past 3 years. She has tried everything including the normal migraine meds, and the best they do is put the migraine off for a few days. In desperation, we ordered this... and then she never tried it. Months went by, and in the middle of an acute migraine where she was suffering terribly, she saw this on the shelf and decided to try it. At that point I had no hope that it would help, she was in the middle of a doozy... but squirt squirt she gave it a shot.... and within minutes she was back. It didn't cure it totally because she was so far into it, but it took it from a 10 to a 2... and now when she feels one coming on she grabs it and uses it, and they never materialize! I've been using it to help with some pain from an extracted tooth, and it really works well, reduces my pain by about 50%. I also plan to use it to help me stay away while driving on long car trips. It's absurd how well this product works. So well that we now have 8 bottles of it in the house... 4 of this version and 4 of the version with eucalyptus (my favorite). So there is always one at hand. The fact that the only side effect we can discern is a runny nose for 30 seconds after is pretty amazing considering how big pharma has failed us totally in this area. If you have migraines or pain, it's worth the small amount of money to see if it works for you. We received nothing for this review, but if reading it helps someone who has been suffering like my wife has, then my time in writing it was all worth it.

Sinus Plumber is a very apt name for this product. According to the label, horseradish is among its active ingredients. I would recommend starting slowly, because it can make you tear up. One or two sprays is plenty most of the time. Unfortunately, the effect wears off after a few hours, but if you're used to being tortured by a stuffy nose it's a pretty good product.

I've been having cluster headaches almost everyday for five months. I did not know they were cluster headaches until recently, I thought it was actually tooth pain and had a tooth pulled to find out it wasn't my teeth. I googled "my eye feels like it's exploding" and found out it's the big clusters. If you have them you know the pain, if you don't have them I will say it feels like my eyeball is a balloon and someone is blowing it up to the point it's JUST about to pop. Incredible pain. Unfortunately when I found this out I tried to get an urgent appointment with my doctor, but he can't see me for a few weeks. So I've had to be creative with dealing with the pain. I did a lot of research and found out about this capsaicin spray. The theory on this is that the nerve that is causing the pain connects in your nose canal, and the capsaicin can basically numb this nerve temporarily. I wasn't hopeful because many said it didn't work for them, but I had to try. But this claims to be helpful with clusters and other headaches. I really can't say if this works or not because my clusters are unpredictable. I sometimes get what is called a shadow which can come before or after an attack. I have gotten shadows that tell me a cluster is about to start, but the cluster sometimes (rarely) doesn't come. So I can't say if this really has worked or not but I BELIEVE that if I catch it soon enough that this spray has either prevented an attack or at least made it less excruciating. I'd say if anything, it helps LESS than half of the time which is better than nothing. If you are having clusters and you don't have access to imitrex or O2 tank, this spray is worth a shot. I use this spray every day and my nose hasn't gotten used to the burn. The burn isn't as bad as I'd expect it to be. Eating capsaicin is a worse burn than up the nose. I kinda think that maybe there's a small amount or no capsaicin in this spray but I can't say for sure. There is a burn though and it has irritated my nose. I think sometimes it makes my inner nose raw so the next time I use it the burn is enough to make me tear up. So my review is inconclusive. It's worth a shot. There's no strong smell to it but it has a faint particular scent. If you breathe in too deeply when you spray it can make your throat itch and cause coughing. But the burning itching and coughing is all better than a cluster headache. For the record I probably won't be buying this again after it runs out. Mostly because by then I will have imitrex and other abortives, but also because I don't have a lot of faith in this product plus I think it's expensive for what it is. I can get stronger capsaicin for cheaper if I wanted to. I don't regret trying it though and I will use it until it's gone.

Tried out of desperation for chronic rhinitis - blows your brains out but sadly did nothing for the chronic condition.

The box says this is for migraine, but I also find it very helpful for chronic rhinitis. It's much better than spray decongestants. You can use it as often as you like, but I find once a day is just fine. Surprisingly, it's not as intense as you might think given that it contains capsacin. I will definitely be buying this again.

This will clear you out like nothing else. Burns very badly as well. I turned to this because i have very bad allergies and so did someone else i knew. After using it for a bit i need to recommend to use it in moderation. Me and my friends are both pretty sensitive and though the spray worked when we had a plugged up nose after a couple uses our noses were so dry nosebleeds would start up. My friend stopped using it and i will use it in emergencies, which is still works very well for. So it works but it's very strong so be cautious. Price seems a bit on the high side but I've also never seen this product anywhere else. It was packaged well and did arrive at a good pace.

Should be called Sinus 911. Good stuff, but only take exactly as directed as it's liquid fire if you take too much LOL.
