Turn signals anyone?
I purchased an electric scooter that looks like a cross between a skateboard and a bicycle that has small 14-inch tires. Since it has a right-hand throttle like a motorcycle is much more difficult to use hand signals so I started looking for a better way to let cars know my intentions. I purchased two of these so that traffic behind me and oncoming traffic would know when I was turning. They are also Bluetooth connected to the controller which is mounted on the handlebars. Initially, I was concerned to find out that each light unit was factory-paired with the accompanying controller. In reading the guide that came with each package I found a little troubleshooting tip about how to re-pair the two items should the pairing fail. Using that, I was able to connect both units to one controller. In mounting, I found that by hitting the turn for a left turn, one of the light units would blink for a right hand turn and the other for a left hand turn. Since the mount is designed to receive the light unit whether you want it vertically or horizontally (joking), I just flipped the one that wasn't blinking for the correct direction over. The only drawback, and I know it is because I am using them in a way the designers didn't anticipate, there is a red light between the turn signals that you could use as a brake light. If I had a way to keep the front unit red light from turning on, it would be less puzzling for the oncoming folks. Whether you use these singly as designed or in pairs, I highly recommend these for any two-wheeler that doesn't have them factory installed.

Works good, "I'm digging it".
OTYTY Smart Bicycle Tail Light with Wireless Turn Signals - USB Rechargeable, 100LM LED, IPX2 Waterproof, Remote Control, 180ยฐ Visibility: Works. I needed and wanted these unique features, colors, and design. I bought two, one for my bike's rear, one for my front. I got em to work ok. They sync with both on one remote. I found it easy to learn. But I recommend reading all the descriptions, videos, and instructions in these ads, reviews, mini manual which comes with it. One of my 2 remotes did not work, could have been a dead battery. IDK. But I really only needed one to work. One light rattled making noises like something was loose inside, I was able to unscrew it and found loose screw but could not find where it belongs, but the noise is gone now. I feel the plastic and quality is cheap, brittle; maybe just be extra careful. Make sure when you install, you have access to press the on off button on he lamps, ie by finger or pen/pencil. It comes with good strong bands - but I use extra such as black rubber bands, super velcro and or long black wires for extra secure. Remember you will occasionally need to re-charge the lamp and replace the CR 2032 battery on the remote. i got 2. I can actually still see the tuning lite on when i'ts on - otherwise I can place/cup my hand over it - as it's one within hand's reach, to see the shine/reflect to ensure is off on sunny days when harder to see on/off light on the remote. But the remote does hve a liit blue on/off signal indicator. It does not ring a beep alarm, which is way ok with me - nice and quiet; why I chose this oone. I prefer not to use the center red lite, I just do not depress it. Another reviewer posted he/she wished not to turn his front red on, I guess if skilled enough, remove the center red bulb or put a piece of tape over it - like black tape. You have to turn the lights off when not in use. The remote worked, then I did not. As trouble shooting, I just swapped out to another battery, then the remote worked, was connecting, in sync again. Not sure if all I had to do was remove and re insert battery. Fasten it very well with all you got, tape, rubber bands, zip tie. Else it will fall, easily break, lose parts. It's all cheap plastic. Still, good value.

Change mounting bracket!
This is a great product, works well. Nice cordless remote and bright turn signals, stop light and hazards too! I would buy again. However, the only problem I see is a major one. The manufacturer needs to change the mounting bracket. Just securing the wrap around stretch band causing it to rip and tear as soon as you put it on! That's why a lot of people say they lose the turn signal or it breaks off the same day or within a week. I noticed the tear and had to throw away both rubber wrap around brackets cause I bought 2 of them and didn't want to risk losing them as I drove around. So then I mounted them on with strong zip ties and they work great now. No worry about losing them now. But the additional work and NOT having them detachable now, is a bummer! Now I have to bring out my usb charger every time to charge them up in my garage. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 star instead of 3. So if you buy, prepare to zip tie them or lose them!

Using on a power wheelchair, so not quite as designed
I added this to a power wheelchair used in traffic (ugh!) by an elderly and very stubborn relative. I was able to mount using material that came with the unit. He loves the remote and the especially the turn signals. I'm sure no one has any clue what direction he is signaling but as long as someone sees him I am happy. It is bright enough to do the job. He has no problem with the charger or using the remote. Almost 90, he gets confused by the 'on/off' switch on the back of the light unit, but that is really outside of the design of the unit so unfair to downvote for that.

Save your money, and get a well made lights
I bought this thinking that it would help me with riding at night. More lights, to be seen! Well this thing worked 3 times, and I'm not sure if the single worked at all.. Just know that after 3 short rides to the store and back. That's less than 3 miles all together there and back.. This stopped working. History it was.. I couldn't get it to even come on.. Was it the light or batteries? I don't know, either way I can't afford to put new batteries in after only 20 not even 30 minutes of working time. So I threw the whole thing in the trash....

Work very well!
Bought 2, mounted one on the front steering stem of my Nami e-scooter and the other on the back of my helmet. It only took a few seconds to link both lights to one switch. They are nice and bright and get the car driver's attention well for signaling my turns. Much safer especially since it is hard to take a hand off the handlebars on an e-scooter to signal your turn. Very happy w8th the performance and easy to mount. Have held up well so far.

Multifunctional BRIGHT LED signaling light.
The signal light came on time, well packaged with no damage on opening. Functions: I charged up the main signal light unit for two hours and activated the remote disc battery to test out my new signal lights. There are four functions, but I decided to buy another unit so the front of me could be seen on my bike when I activate the remote. I assume that both front and rear would synchronize to the same remote code sent out. Brightness: both yellow and red lights are very bright and will be seen in day and night when activated. I love how the remote buttons light up as you press them. This way you know what is going on with your signal device(s). Mounting: adequate mounting hardware inculuded. I am going to mount my signal device on the rear cargo basket. Because my seat post will always be obstructed by cargo. The front signal device (when it arrives) will be mounted on my front cargo basket. My remote will be mounted close by my left thumb. I was going to install the light on my rear helmet. But the signalling device will definitely get busted with what my helmet goes through. Itโs all the time my helmet is not in my head, is when the potential for signal device damage to happen. Purchase Price: I paid $33.90 plus taxes and felt it was an excellent investment for my riding safety. Other riad vehicles must know what youโre doing and this signal device makes that happen with the cooperation of your thumb. Overall: I gave this device a five star rating and am quite happy with my purchase.
