Really impressed with the quality of this Himalayan Shilajit. It’s pure, authentic, and you can feel the difference in energy and focus after taking it. Smooth texture, dissolves well, and you know you’re getting the thing.

Should really come in a container that means the screw lid won't keep getting jammed by the shilajit as it turns to resin. It is the first time I have tried shilajit so can no really compare it to anything. For me the taste was fine, I liked it, reminded me of Smokey hot India😎 This is by no means 100 servings worth. I only had a tiny bit on the spatula provided and just once a day, did not even see me out the month, when In logic this should have lasted me close to 100 days.!! It comes with a copper spatula which is cool. Can't say much if I felt any benefits as I have not tried any other products but am trying another brand now, so at least I can compare. If it's health claims are correct, then it is a good addition to one's health. Everyone's body responds differently according to one's health. This is a positive part of the puzzle, if you are missing it.

I was expecting a little bigger size, because it's the first time I bought this product. However, I love your packaging and the quality is good. You've provided an ideal scoop. I'm taking it and will be able to tell you later about my progressional experience. Thanks for a good product.

Wow just wow, tried many shilajit and I must say this has to be the best one out there.. Gave an instant boost in energy and with the current outbreak this will definitely help me with my immune. Will definitely buy again

I ordered this after reading the reviews and hoping for increased libido, energy and immune system. I started off with a rice grain sized blob in my tea once a day. I can't say I felt energised or anything but I was only a few days in. On day 4 I woke up and made my tea with the blob in on empty stomach as recommended. Within about 20 minutes I started feeling a cramp sensation in my bottom left stomach radiating around to my lower back. Within an hour I felt I needed to call my doctor as the pain was so bad. I unlocked my door incase I passed out and the ambulance needed to get in! Then just like the flick of a switch the pain went. Too late to save me the £40 call to my doctor sadly! I had the sensation of being punched in the stomach for about 2 days and finally feeling better now. Was it this? Can't guarantee it but it happened on waking up within 20 minutes of taking it and hasn't happened since stopping it. If it works for you fantastic but I honestly thought I was going to be hospitalised and it freaked me out!

Have tried few of those Shilajits... This one is not very tasty, but mini spoon is definitely a handy tool

I am 66 and have Been adding Shilajit to lidl face cream and my hand cream amazingly the brown age spots on my face and hands are fading bought in September it is now May and I now need to order another doesn’t taste very nice but ok if dissolved in coffee if you wish to take internally however you do get used to the taste and I ended up taking off the spoon supplied - this was from another pot I was given at Christmas
