For those who did not write a review just to get a "free" bottle, does this really work for your bad gout pain? Im skeptical based on the bad reviews

I have to say that since I purchased it and take it when I know I'm going to be partaking of food and drink that would normally set off my gout... I have not had a gout flare up. And if I feel the gout coming on, I take it. The pain goes away and I don't get a full on gout attack. I believe the key is to take it (along with plenty of water) prior to an attack or at least at the very beginning. Waiting util you are in pain, is a bit too late.

What is the difference between g-cleance and the uris acid formula?

I believe they just changed the label. It seems to have the same ingredients.
