English Breakfast Black Tea

I use this for making Kombucha and will continue to do so. Tastes great with a nice aroma and clean organic ingredients. I haven't tried other flavors of Positively Tea because I usually stick with what I like, but they are reasonably priced for organic tea.

There are few things I love more than my morning tea! I'll even go so far as to say -- in the winter, good English Breakfast tea is essential to my survival! Recently, I became concerned with the waste associated with using teabags everyday. Furthermore, there is some real concern about the chemicals contained in the bags, not to mention the tea leaves themselves. I used to be a loyal Bigelow's customer, but their inconsistent answers about the source of their tea leaves has left me searching elsewhere. Positively Tea's English Breakfast tea is everything I was looking for -- and then some! Not just a certified organic loose leaf tea at a fantastic cost, but also a brilliant, robust, full-bodied taste! It's by far the best tea I've tasted. And a treat for the whole family every time it's made! The 1 lb version comes in a handy resealable plastic bag. We pour about 30 teaspoons into a smaller container for every day use, and storage the bag in the cabinet. Upon opening, you are hit by the bright aroma of the leaves and realize, "This is what tea is supposed to smell like!" The leaves have been dried in excellent, full-leaf quality. There are very few broken leaves, so there is a minimal amount of tea "dust" left in your cup. We use one teaspoon in a 20-oz teapot and brew for 3-5 minutes. You can fluctuate the amount slightly for the strength you desire. We tend to brew lighter in the afternoon to drink plain and then brew a stronger strength after dinner to drink with a spot of milk (and perhaps a bit of sweets!). With quality like this product, I am happy to continue to support this company and will extend the recommendation to my fellow tea-drinkers. Keep up the fantastic work, Positively Tea!

This is a healthy dose of morning caffeine at a reasonable price. A nice alternative to tea bags that are said to contain microplastics.

Positively’s English Breakfast is the most delicious breakfast tea! I’m a hard core black tea drinker, and this one gives me so much pleasure to drink. I usually use milk and honey in my tea, but occasionally I have this without anything, just to fully enjoy the lovely flavor. And- important to me- it’s Organic so I’m avoiding the high degree of pesticides usually sprayed on non organic teas. I highly recommend!!

Full body. Fresh, with zing, beautiful rich color and pleasant taste - good morning satisfaction in a cup!! Why didn’t you guys name your company Positeavely?? Cheers!!

I’ve always preferred black tea, I love a lot of different, herbal teas and unique blends too. By far, this is the best tasting English breakfast tea I’ve ever had. One scoop in a 15 -ounce mug and I’m a happy girl. Steep it in a pretty cup and stick your pinky out when sipping it, if you want to make it fancy. This tea is refined, soft and full of flavor.
