I bought a second hand TV bench, I love the clean, retro lines of the bench, however the cupboard doors were a real faff to open, basically I had to get a knife or a screwdriver to lever the recessed doors open! I was looking for options, as didn't want to spoil the look of the doors with handles or knobs, although I did find some retro looking ones....then I found these catches. They are perfect! easy to fit, work very well at push to open, and then holding the doors shut when I ram the cupboards full with the family board games! They feel very robust and I couldn't be happier. I have no idea why Swoon, the manufacturer of this table didn't use catches like these in the first place. The catches were a little bigger than I expected, however they don't get in the way, and thankfully they came in black (as well as white) so they don't notice too much when the doors are open. Excellent value for money, and would buy this brand again if I needed more.

Functional

Easy to fit push catches with a smooth and quiet opening action. Strong magnets that work on full height hollow core doors. Much better than some cheap metal sprung catches that are normally used by builders.

Ok

Strong enough to open my understairs pantry door (ply 6ft with batton frame) and large shoe draw full of shoes and wellies. Very happy. Putting up the coat cupboard door today and fitting another press to open catch which takes 5 minutes. There is a choice of screws or adhesive strip for fixing the magnetic strips. I used screw on ones but for the draw I used screw on , needed an extra bit of padding as the strip was wobbly and didn't want to accidentally drill all the way through the ply so padded in out with the adhesive strip which worked. The other small door for tool cupboard will be done at a later date.

Unablemto obtain flush closure due to how the mechanism actuator, unfortunately the design results in having .5cm of the catch proud of the woodwork, which means doors dont close flush when attached to the magnetic closure (the catch needs to depress .5cm to actuate). Just to add, the catches are made from plastic and the provided screws are very poor quality. Might be the right solution for someone else but not what we were looking for.

Spring arm broke through the plastic casing on testing the door latching. I am a carpenter and now have to lose money going back to the customer with an alternative. Very poor quality.

Ik was helemaal blij dat ik ze binnen had en heb meteen de eerste gemonteerd. Het leek allemala goed te werken en het was eenvoudig te monteren. Nadat ik het systeem weer teste kreeg ik hem pas na 6 keer duwen in de lock positie. Heb dit daarna weer geprobeerd en weer hetzelfde. Hij werkt dus niet altijd erg goed. Om het positief af te sluiten: hij heeft wel een sterke duwkracht.

Die Drucktüröffner funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Mechanismus reagiert sauber auf Druck und hält die Tür zuverlässig geschlossen. Besonders praktisch bei grifflosem Möbeldesign. Die Montage war schnell erledigt und das Material wirkt hochwertig. Klare Kaufempfehlung für moderne Schränke oder Schubladen!

Gute und einfache Verarbeitung. Die Federkraft ist sehr stark, es können schwere Türen/Schubladen damit ohne Probleme geöffnet werden
