I give it a 5 star because it really worked to strip the extra fat I had suddenly accumulated around my waist after an abdominal surgery. And it worked quickly. I took it twice a day for a couple of months. Now I take it once daily. However, one complaint is, it does NOT mix as easily as claimed. It does best in a really hot drink. But in a cold drink it did best in a blender. It also leaves a bitter aftertaste for awhile, like if I drink water afterwards even the water tastes mildly bitter. But it doesn't last too long. I like this product in particular because its unflavored so I can mix my own flavorings, & its organic assuring a more pure product. No problems with the timeliness of delivery.

This is my first experience with MCT oil powder. However, I have used other Intentionally Bare products including the MCT C8 oil and Softgel capsules. I think all their products are great but wanted to try the powder in my coffee and it doesn't disappoint. It does require a powered whisk to mix well. I use an Aero Latte mixer. A blender is not necessary. It's not milk but is a reasonable substitute and has no caloric carbohydrates. The acacia fiber even look like milk in the coffee. I think it is fantastic and certainly contributes to my fat-adaptation and ketone production. The bulk oil in a bottle is the best value but this powder is a nice treat in the morning and is also good while traveling. Overall this is a Keto-Keeper!

Absolutely the best MCT Powder out there! I've tried just about all of them. This mixes better than most, tastes great, and gives me no digestive issues. I mix two scoops of this with a scoop of collagen for super easy keto coffees every day. I use a frother because I like it that way, but I think you could even just mix this with a spoon! LOVING the big size too. I'm used to other brand with little jugs that I'm constantly running out of. I count total carbs, and this is only 1 gram per scoop. Great value. Great all around, what's not to love here?! Highly, highly recommend this MCT Powder.

I like to use MCT oil powder in my coffee, I use it as a substitute for creamer. I have tried several brands. This one is better than average due to the fact that it dissolves well and blends in with the coffee flavor without changing it. My only negative is that it is thin and it makes me wonder if I forgot to put it in. It doesn't change the texture or the taste of the coffee. It is also okay blended with cocoa and chocolate milk. I think that this would probably blend well with many different things. The properties are good and it is worth checking out.

I have used 6-8 different MCT Oil Powders since starting KETO in 2018. I was happy with several of the different brands but decided to give this one a shot. I can honestly say that this is the ABSOLUTE best MCT Oil Powder that I have tried. One scoop in my coffee gives it a lovely creamy look and taste. There is ABSOLUTELY no grit, not even at the bottom of the cup and not around the sides when my cup is empty. It dissolves completely. I have shoved my other brands to the top of the pantry to be used for cooking. I have 2 words for anyone on the fence - BUY IT !!

My go-to coffee creamer! I do intermittent fasting and workout early am, fasted. My one-cup of morning coffee is PERFECT with this MCT blend. It's my regular staple... has been for years!

They say there is variation in color depending on where the coconuts are sourced from. They say composition and taste are the same for both. Composition may be the same but the taste is definitely not!!!! My first several orders were the cream colored amazingly wonderful stuff. It tastes like coffee mate!!! It's so creamy and delicious. It even tastes a little sweet. It dissolves in coffee very easily. It's a fantastic product. Then, my last two orders have been the very white stuff. It does not taste good at all and does not mix in coffee very easily. I'm so disappointed.

Excellent quality, dussolvability, and flavor.

Unlike the liquid oil, this is great for coffee as long as you pour it in while stirring so it doesn't clump, and use a whisk or in my case, a milk frother to stir it in well, turning it into a great tasting coffee creamer. Having been on/off keto a bunch, MCT oil gives me a big morning charge... pretty sure better than my coffee itself!

I've only had it for two days, but I am definitely impressed by this product. For the quality of the product, the price seems reasonable when compared to other brands. It dissolves well without the need for blending like MCT oil (although a quick stir with a spoon does help), and it provides a slightly creamy texture and colour (similar to using cream). If you like your coffee black, it does mask some of the coffee's flavour (similar to cream), so this product may not be for you in that case. Also, the jar is only half full. I don't care from a "ripped off" standpoint since the net grams are what I go by, but I wish they'd make it smaller to save on storage space. Other than that, I'm quite happy, will definitely repurchase, and would recommend this product.

The product is indeed flavorless and I have been adding it to my morning coffee (well, one of them) daily. It disolves ok, not great. As in, stir, stir more, then catch the little chunks and try to squeeze/crush them on the ide of the cup to get said mini chunks into coffee form. If you wait long enough, I suppose it dissolves completely, but that's just not how my coffee rolls in the morning, ya know? That being said, the 2 questions that matter: 1) is it producing the desired effect/outcome, and 2, will I re-order it? 1) I have yet to become shredded with a 6-pack that acts as a milkshake that brings all the babes to the yard. I have, however, integrated it into a daily regimen and am slowly closing in on my target weight and form. 2) MCT powder, yes. This specific product? I will keep it on the shortlist, though I will probably try a similar one before reordering this, just in case the other one dissolves faster. If not, I'll take this one again. If the AI summary mentions milkshakes, I'll be happy.

I have bought this item several times before. It was always creamy white in color and very powdery like flour. This time it came with black stuff on the outside of the container like charcoal or something. When I opened the container the MCT OIL is Yellow and Clumpy, Has a strange smell. I cant return it as it is a food product. I will be looking for another company to buy from. Very disappointed. Buyer be where.

The taste is good, and it totally mix with coffee but leaves a definite film on top and has a gritty feel in the mouth. I don't remember this from the last batch I bought a few years ago. I will be trying a different brand next time.
