This supplement does do what has been reported. I had increased libido the very next day after starting this. However, that seemed to fade as days went. Not all the way back to before I started, just not as intense. I had some trouble sleeping the first week, but that went away. After a few days, i started taking two caps. Have an overall better feeling throughout the day, less anxiety, and definitely could tell the difference in pumps at the gym, and I got some rapid gains. That is also lifting to failure in everything I do. I was not taking any other supplements of PE drugs at all. I started to add Fedogia Arrestus to this after about 3 weeks and noticed a slight bump to it the first few days but not as strong as the first few days of the Tongkat Ali. It's only been about 5 days on the FA so far. I will definitely take Tongkat Ali on a long-term basis. No side effects at all that I could tell, except for the slight insomnia the first week. Update, at 1 month I added 1 cap of longjack 100. after about 6-8 weeks I would say I feel great, with a sex drive I haven’t had in nearly 15-20 years. I will likely be taking this for years.
