Bought this for a budget build.
So i got this for a budget build for my daughter for christmas. In short, it does the job, speeds as advertised and 1 DDR4. Simple, easy to install and actually looks kinda smart too!

Fantastic RAM
Used this RAM in a budget build and itโs great price to performance. I would recommend this for any DDR4 build and will be using it in future builds! Also Patriot customer support are very helpful.

blue screens your pc regularly
i replaced my 8gb kit with a 16gb stick until i could afford to upgrade it more and now i have a faulty ram stick on my desk. for the first few months everything seemed normal and acted as it was. then after a while my youtube videos kept on tearing and freezing and eventually my pc would blue screen after an hour or so of use. i tried troubleshooting everything beforehand and also did a fresh install of windows and wiped my pc entirely. never going to buy from this brand again, just go for corsair ram

Tried to install it now my pc won't work.
I tried to put it in the second slot, didn't work. So I removed my old 8gb stick to put in this one. Didn't work, but now when I tried to put the 8gb stick back on everytime I turn on my pc my monitor says no signal

Stellar, especially at this price
I ended up buying 16GB at 3200 MHz three times: once to try it out, the second to jump to 32GB, the third to go to 48GB. Worked very nicely each time; on my Alienware Aurora R8 it defaulted to 3200 MHz without my having do do anything BIOS- or Profile-related. Overclocked nicely too...
