Not the best in terms of construction. But does the job.

Very poor quality!!! Door doesn't completely shut and the end where the incenses are stored already broke and detached. Have to glue it back together ....

Beautiful and perfect ! There’s no other words to describe this amazing incense box !!! It even came smelling good too and with a thank you note !! It is perfect you can use the sticks or the other triangle incense

(Edit: the holes for holding the incense sticks weren't bored to large. they work just fine for holding the incense still fully burns down. I have yet to try out the cone incense holder. it looks fine though. going to up this one star. I think it is a worth while purchase. It gets the ashes better then the traditional ?plank? style holders do and if you are good with your hands can likely be refined to look fantastic. Not for sure about the incense holder part. It holds a lot of incense sticks though.) The entire thing looks like a rush job. It is properly made and mostly functional. I just has those little touches that take a little off of finished quality. All the holes look quickly bored and not in any way smoothed. There was a piece of wood within the incense compartment that didn't belong that was easily broken off, without damaging the object. The holes on the side for holding the incense are to large a bore, holding the incense too loosely. I have to shove the incense into the holes up to the burnable bit for it to be held at any sort of good angle. All these things are likely fixable if i had any skill/knowledge in wood working. Still it works and I don't exactly regret buying it.

I think this product is great! Catches all the ashes wonderfully and looks very pretty! I'm very happy with this purchase.

This item is nice....once YOU finish the work needed to make it nice!!!! ~ Top was loose due to lack of glue on hinged backside, also holes are rough cut and need to be burred or filed out. ~ The finish is poor but can be made nice by applying a popular dark furniture scratch polish (found in most grocery stores) over the entire box then wiping down with a clean cotton cloth. A little oil on the hinges is recommended, albeit I would have preferred BRASS hinges instead of the cheap steel ones used ~ After a little work, you will have a very nice item that will last for years!

The incense burner looks nice and works well both holding and burning incense.

The burner arrived broken in several locations. One hinge pin was missing and one end of the whole thing was coming off completely. Also, missing a broken piece out of the wood. I debated sending it back...instead I fabricated a hinge pin out of a paper clip, put some wood glue on the end and will live with the missing piece.
