Amazing String
You cannot go wrong with Larsen A or D strings. Their tone, color, and power are in my opinion simply unmatched. I've been using Larsen A and D fairly exclusively for quite some time, and am completely satisfied with both the regular (these strings) and the soloist edition. The soloist edition strings will provide you with more brightness, projection, and better response in positions in thumb or higher. However, these standard strings are much warmer, and in my opinion are easier to play. The Larsen A has satisfied my ear and my fingers for all the usual requirements: tone, warmth, response, and general ease of use. I full heartedly recommend Larsen A and D strings.
