If I fill it to the top it is the exact amount I can fit in my washing machine. But I find these kinds more convenient to move from bedroom to laundry than the plastic basket ones. Also offers a bit of decor/whimsy to a room

Cute and Functional, But Needs Time to Take Shape
This whale laundry basket is adorable and perfect for a kid’s room. The only downside is that it’s not super sturdy right out of the box. It took a couple of days to fully stand up and hold its shape, and even then, it's a bit on the softer side. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a great buy for the cuteness and function, just be patient with it at the beginning!

10 stars!! We have two for 7 years now. The handles are still holding strong. Dirty laundry is not light, these things have stood the test of time over the years of tons of laundry and children abusing them. Super durable - very surprised and happy. Here’s to another 7 years!

En si el cesto no es malo, pero por el precio se puede encontrar mejores, incluso en tiendas departamentales. El cesto no es muy rígido lo que hace que se doble fácilmente, no es para tener mucha ropa dentro pues no es grande.
