My rv is pre-wired for zamp solar connection. can this connector be used for a renogy solar panel connection to zamp port?

No, it will NOT work. Zamp has reverse polarity ports 99.9% of the time. In order to get a cable that works, and reverse the polarity, the red wire has to have ends of the same 'sex' (male/male, or female/female), and the same condition for the black wire. If you trace this product from one end to the other, along one particular color, you'll see the ends are different. There is a cable sold by Tecmate, an Optimate O-27 that accomplishes this, but it's only 18 AWG. You may need a thicker cable, and as far as I know there isn't one out there. Only other option is to splice two wires together with a soldering gun to get the correct configuration. Good luck.

Is this CES compatible with SAE quick connect?

I did not use with oem or sae quick connects. But they are a great product!

Will 10 gauge connector plug into 12 gauge connector ? are terminals same size ?

The gauge refers the size of the wire, and hence it's current capacity, not the connectors at the end of the wires. The SAE connectors are the same for 10 gauge and 12 gauge quick disconnect harnesses.

Is the 10 gauge wire stranded pure copper and is it a thick strand or the thin little hair type strands?

Heavy copper wire is used. Should be good for at least 10 Amps at 110 Volts.
