I used this laundry detergent for the first time, omg, most of the clothes are smelly...

Clear liquid no color. Safe for newborn baby clothes and great for sensitive skins or baby’s with allergies or eczema. If you get a stain on it for the most part it gets the job done. I do a quick spray with oxi clean or sprayNwash only on a wash for spit ups and food stains. I don’t recommend using this on cloth diapers.

Does this product have Synthetic surfactant, fluorescent whitening agent, synthetic perfume, artificial color, antimicrobial, preservative, Phosphate?

I doubt it since it’s an organic product. Ingredients should be listed either in a picture of it or in the description.

Can this be used to wash baby bottles and toys ?

It's a laundry detergent. Not dish soap. I hope you don't wash your plates at home with your laundry soap. You could get your child very sick that way! They do sell a seperate cleaning solution for toys that works great.
