Spring loaded, they do what they say they will do but they're a bit on the fragile side there are better ones made

Probably one of the most surprisingly useful tools I have in my shop. So many more uses than just holding plastic sheets. Pin things to the wall while glue dries, use them as an extra hand at elevation. Grab your latte while maintaining social distancing. Be the spring pole you want to see in the world people!

bought a set of 12'' dust poles for $80 what showed up is not what was pictured in advert. they are two cheap spring poles that don't work great they release easily which makes it very difficult to use, one of the pads does not click in place they don't click in place the plastic piece has no tension. I have already used them or I would return, you could buy 4 spring poles that actually work for less. these are trash..

You have to pop it into place it’s like a spring action. But once you figure out how to use it , it works good does the job’s

The product is fine however the photos clearly show the heavy duty set under the standard poles. Yes, I see it says standard and upon research they are standard but the images indicate the other product. That leads me to believe that is what I am buying. Wasted $100 because I was lead to believe, off the marketing, I was getting the clip and foot jack. Zip poles are a better deal for standard poles.

wow! Sure wish I would’ve discovered these months ago when I poked holes throughout my ceiling to serve the same purpose for another phase of this bathroom remodel, and use thumbtacks instead to hold the plastic and protect these areas from dust. 😥 Female here, super easy to use and very sturdy.
